    Excellent product!

This is the only brand I use as it has no side effects for me and gives definite relief. Must be taken consistently for optimal results. Have been using it now for about three years and always regret it if I run out.I take it for lower back /sciatica trouble but my husband now uses it as well to relieive tailbone pain when sitting .
reliable and inexpensive compared to chiropractic visits

Does this come in tablet or powder form? I have a pinched nerve or sciatica on my right buttocks and is very uncomfortable and painful, my friend told me to look up your website.

The Ultimate Nutrition that I take is in tablet form. I cant say whether it comes in a powder as well. I only got onto this after having back surgery for sequestered segment of disc (piece actually comes off). I certainly found it helped lessen the pain, but if the nerve is still pinched, I imagine it might help with the pain but I don't know if it will remove that problem. It certainly is an extremely painfrul condition, I also found that seeing a good osteopath (very gentle one) gives me a lot of relief. I hope this helps.

    Hi Helen,
I know this is over a year old and abit off topic as well but if you a chance look up Paida Lajin on Google. This amazingly simple exercise has helped me and my brother-in-law with back problems for over 10 years. My back was 90% better after just 4 weeks of trying and i’ve been to Physios heaps of time too. Anyway, it’s totally free to try and if it helps you in any way, please pass it on. Self healing is where everyone should be aiming for.
