Excellent tool - only for light jobs
This tool is very handy for limited space / awkward angle (my only available tool under certain situations). However It is likely to be designed for small jobs. It doesn't have heaps of power - a fully charged battery with new blade can roughly cut 25mm deep and 200mm long into MDF.
The tool itself is pretty well engineered / built. It survived years of medium / light use for me - but batteries won't. It's not because of the high current drain but the vibration generated by the blade movement. Somewhere amongst internal wiring or connection p...Read more

Battery Clip failure
The performance of the tool is quite good no hassles with the motor or gear box. Battery performance is OK but with heavy use is not suitable as it can run flat too quick. I bought mine with an extra battery so a quick change on the battery pack keeps you going. The batteries charge quick too which is nice. However, the clip retaining the battery in the body broke on both batteries so they vibrate loose. I ended up needing to tape the battery to the body which is a hassle

Reputable Brand but this multitool has questionable quality after 1 year ownership
Chosen due to compact size & ownership of other tools using same battery. Great for work in tight spaces, manageable power for occasional use. Gear box failure while attempting to enlarge hole in skirting board for power socket. Went clunk, not being forced, no nails hit, motor still runs OK.

Pretty handy
This is a pretty cool tool to have. I got one from Sydney Tools and I have to say its one of those things that you dont realise how much you need it until you have one. Great for cutting a lot of different types of materials including metal and other nails. Battery life is pretty poor but its not a tool I use a lot so overall happy days!

Very Disappointed
Great tool to use, but one battery failed within 9 months and the tool itself failed within 12 months and I am taking it back to Bunnings today for refund or replacement with alternative brand - very disappointed, I am probably going to replace with a mains powered tool instead

Worth the price
I watched the YouTube videos demonstrating its capabilities, and I was able to replicate the same task. It feels comfortable in the hand and has equal weight distribution. Tool came with two batteries, charger and box with some parts and hard case, which is worth the cost. Charge time is quick. The tool is quite loud that in close quarters you need ear protection. Speed control with knob at thumb position is fantastic.
Lightweight, powerful, comfortable
Battery indicator is hard to press
