The oven continues to be on even after I turn it off. I have to power break it every time I finishes with the oven. Is it normal, is there a way to fix it if it is not?

The fan remains on for a certain length of time after the oven has been switched off so that it can cool down more quickly. However if you believe it isn't the fan, please feel free to contact us on 1300 369 744, and we'll investigate further for you.

I would like to know on what level rack should a cake be placed for baking?I bake a lot and use the second lowest level or the middle rack but am unsure for best results ...my model is HBA13B150A
I would also like to kinow when to use fan forced function and on which level to bake?

I bake a lot and I always use the middle rack for cakes and casseroles. It does not really have a fan forced function but when you look at the screen in the middle with the time on it, top left function (two arrows and 3 sss) press that and it will go off when it is hot enough for you to bake. Hope this helps

Hi! The oven in my house doesn't have manual. I don't know that by turning which knob I can preheat my oven. Can anyone please help me, n what do different symbols indicate?

On the display button where the time is the top left button (two arrows and triple sss) is the rapid heating button. click it after you have selected function control knob that you want to use and it will go off when the oven is heated enough. to use

I recently purchased an off the plan apartment which included the Bosch HBA13B150A /45 model oven. The oven only came with one wire rack and a drip/baking tray. I thought all ovens came with two wire racks? Is this the case or am I missing the second wire rack?
