Purchased item at Harvey Norman. One week after delivery the cooktop needed replacement, due to scratches and marks on it. The issue re-occoured. Despite numerous calls to Harvey Norman, nothing was done. Suddenly a Bosch representative called us, paid a visit and that;s the end of it. The number of marks and scratches keeps increasing, despite extreme care taken. Disappointed by Bosch, their service, as well as Harvey Norman customer service.

Got one standard with built in appliances for my house but have not been impressed with any of the products, Ignition works when it wants to. Flame is not even on all sides of the burner, the stainless steel is discolouring and pots and pans do slip when in use. Will not purchase one again, definitely a builder's product.

This Bosch Cook top is dangerous to use.
The pot holder on the cook top is so dangerous when boiling water the pot and pans just slide off.
The are slippery and useless.
I have contacted Bosch and they say they will call back.
They never do.
You need a better top in cast iron not what you have Bosch.
Best answer dont buy.

Dangerous can scalded user. Never use when kids are around. Shame on you bosch with no reply shame
