For those who have owned one of these for a longer period, how have they held up? How does this model hold up against scratches, discolouration of the dials, etc?

It is recommended that the cleaning product (Ceramic glass care code 00311499 available from our spare parts department) is used regularly.

We have one of this for 5 years now. It is a fantastic coocktop, easy to clean and use. warm soap water with soft cloth does the work without leaving any scratches. We do use multipurpose spray as well for stubborn spills left for a while.
One issue though, the wok burner no longer works ....have cleaned it so many times but it lits up and after few minutes it just stops...don't know what to do to fix it.
