Great Improvement.
We replaced our 60cm old cooktop with this 75cm alternative. No extra bench cutout was required and with the controls being at the front (our old one had controls on the right hand side) the gain in cooking surface is amazing, and welcome.
Trivets are cast iron and sturdy. The 5 hobs give you a choice of 4 hob sizes so there is always a hob to suit your pan size, and room to accommodate more pans. h. Easy to use, easy to clean and efficient. One more point. A had a question about product registration with Bosch, so I phoned them late in the evening. (For the cost of a local call) The phone was answered and question resolved. It really is a 24/7 help line.

Looks great, as long as you don't use it!
This is a nice looking cook top, with simple trivets that look and are easy clean.
Reviews read prior to purchase were not great, but I believed that most people will be moved to write a bad review (or even an excellent review) than one for a product that does the job!
On the day following installation, and prior to first use I found several scratches in the glass. The installer contacted Bosch who sent a replacement glass top without question. Great service, and thank you Bosch!

he trivets. Plenty of room on the 75cm unit for frying pan and pots. No complaints at all about the cooking ability of this product. Cleaning is another matter. I am not adverse to cleaning but I am a little fussy and this glass top drives me nuts. The glass is easy to wipe clean with soap and water, but to clean properly all the hardware eg trivets and gas rings etc need to be removed. Each of the gas outlets is surrounded by a square enamel plate that sits on the glass. The edges of the plate have an indentation which traps fluid. So when you wipe the glass, you have to ensure that the cleaner is well removed from these recesses as I find that on final buffing before replacing hardware, another streak will appear across the glass - not a biggy but annoying. I did cause a scratch when I wiped the top with a cloth that was not my usually used microfiber. Summary: Aside from the fiddly cleaning and ease of scratching I am happy with this purchase. Hindsight: I wish I had gone with induction and had a flat surface with no hardware to clean around.

Looks Great, Cooks Great !
Replaced a 12 year Blanco cooktop that served us well. Purchased this Bosch as the appearance was appealing, but also the trivets were compact thus easy to clean.
We had though our cookware was the cause for things being slow to bring to boil, but it may have been the cooktop. The Bosch seems to cook & bring to boil very quickly even on a small burner. So far no cracking though we do boil large pots.
Very happy with this cooktop.
Purchased in October 2021.

Cooktop cracked
Didn't get told these cooktops cannot cope with large pots, I wouldn't have purchased it otherwise. I used a large pasta pot and it wouldn't handle the weight and it cracked. This cooktop is good if you only cook for 1 but for a family it doesn't work.

Cooktop cracked without warning
Installed with an oven as part of a kitchen pack in my new house and this is no better, the cooktop had scratch marks within a week of use, the burners started to peel away after about 2 months and finally after cooking the cooktop cracked and I have had to replace it.
Purchased in January 2021.

Great unit, easy to use
I'm pleased with this cooktop unit. The flame selectors are good, with fine flame adjustment.
The black glass looks great. It not as easy to clean as an induction but I found easy to clean. The burner are well built (made in Italy).
