Don't buy it for the drying
I purchased one of these for convenience due to a lack of space in my laundry to fit both a washer and dryer. I had ready many reviews and concluded that the trade-offs as far as drying functionality were acceptable. Unfortunately I was wrong.
The machine looks good and is very easy to use. It has good energy efficiency and water ratings for it's wash feature.
Unfortunately the drying really lets this product down. I found myself often setting very small loads to a simple wash & dry cycle that takes around 120 - 180 minutes. Everytime, I...Read more
would still need to put the clothes through another 1 hour dry cycle or maybe two. If you're looking for a replacement for your dryer, I can't recommend this product. If you're looking for something to do a wash and a light dry before you hang out your clothes anyway, this might suit. I wound up buying a separate dryer and placing it in the garage.Purchased in May 2021 at Appliances Online for $1,039.00.

What a Waste of Money
Brought this for the auto wash dry cycle, put it on in the morning come home to dry cloths, hasn't happened yet.
Using cottons cycle and setting it to extra dry, the machine shuts of after about 1 hour into its dry cycle on sensor dry and the cloths are still no where near cupboard dry.
Have tried a number of settings and found only one works and that is mixed cycle.
1st week asked for help from the supplier able appliances and 2 weeks before they can send someone. Bosch tech came out and told me best he does nothing and I exchange the unit?

Questions & Answers
Maria P.asked
I received my new WVG28420AU last week the day before lock down. Plumber installed it - so excited turned it on - all good, left it for awhile everything seemed fine. Went outside and heard this massive noise went running in to find it had cracked my tiles, gauged the wall and had almost pulled itself from the plumbing and wall. I need a solution - we are in lock down and I need to know what to do to rectify this.
