I Purchased these for work, I can listen to my music with the noise cancellation blocking out the many conversations happening around me and I don't miss a phone call because I can take it with my headphones on. Great sound, Great noise cancellation, great features. Love the google assistant.

Great Sound, Frustrating BT Connection
I bought these headphones after trying a friend's and reading reviews. The sound quality is second to none, as is the noise cancellation. It has a button for Google Assistant which you can reprogram to switch before noice cancellation settings (high, low, off) and the difference is noticeable. I find them to be exceptionally comfortable. The case the phones fold up into is a nice addition, as well.
My biggest frustration is the bluetooth connection can be flaky. You can, purportedly, connect two devices at a time and the app will store more,...Read more
but I find my iPhone audio doesn't play through the headphones when my Mac is connected. The iPhone tells me everything is working, but there's no sound. I have to disconnect the Mac to make it work (I use these at my desk, so inconvenient). Over all I'd recommend this product, but I expected a little more ease of use from a premium product.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Excellent noise cancelling function.
I bought these headphones to wear at work to drown out the ambient noise of an open plan office. I can't work with music playing, so it was important to me that the headphones would effectively act as "ear plugs" - and they do. They are a very comfortable fit over the ears, and provide excellent noise blocking (which would no doubt be even better if I were playing music through them).
They are very easy to charge, very easy to pair with a mobile device, and have lots of gadgetry that I don't ever use. Highly recommended, and the service I received from the Bose salesman was exceptional.

QC25 are great. I can't imagine how good QC45 must me
Over-ear headphones but fold up in a nice case with adapters for airline, amp, and listening devices.
Noise cancellation is great. I did a lot of shopping around to find the best at a non-audiophile price.
Had these for years now. I look after them, and they've served me well.

Not comfortable on every head Can cause pressures on ears
I have used Bose QC 15, 25 and have clocked around 1000000 miles on Qantas alone
Bought the QC 35 II on Friday and returned it Sunday
I will use my 25s and wait for improvements
Firstly remember that these headphones are not comfortable on every head because every head is not same. For me these headphones are uncomfortable
Headphones fully extended the ear cups still touch other so there is a lot of pressure on the ears and side of head
Airline Adaptors not included, this is a shocking omission for a $499 headphones. Hi Bose I use these m...Read more

One of the best things I’ve ever owned
These headphone literally changed my life. I’m one of the people who are sensitive to any sound. I get annoyed by someone blowing their nose on the other side of huge office, can hear a whisper conversation from the other room and cannot focus on my work when someone has a normal conversation near by. I get tense, I get annoyed and I cannot settle for a long time. Weird? Yes... I know.
Bose headphones have changed my life! Literally. No more stress of commuting - I’m as relaxed as I was driven in a limousine. I have never realised by the nois...Read more

Great headphones as long as it doesn't hurt your head
Try them in store first. When I first received mine I had headaches for while, however overtime they went away for me. The overall sound quality is okay, the major selling point is the noise cancellation. The app was good, rarely having connectivity issues and the controls on the headphones itself were good as well.

Excellent headphones
I received these as a Christmas gift. These headphones are really fantastic, they work perfectly with great sound quality. The only thing I would want is that the headphones came with a microphone cable. Very good product by Bose, I would definitely purchase these again and any other Bose product for that matter.

Great but the app doesn't work properly.
I bought this right here on Amazon. Initial impressions are that Bose managed to improve on a classic. I moved from the original QC2 to the wireless QC35 and can see many benefits. The QC35 seems lighter than the QC2, The rechargeable battery fully charges relatively quickly and lasts at least 20 hours (although I wonder about when - if - the battery reaches the point where it no longer charges 100%, as is often the case). Still, it is a small price to pay for the freedom of wireless listening.
Some minor gripes, however.

when you have to use a cord, the supplied audio cable is only 4 feet long - 6 feet would have been better. A cord, you say? Well, not every source is Bluetooth. And, in some airlines, they still grown on Bluetooth connections while in flight. And the USB-to-mini-USB charging cable is even shorter. End-to-end, it is 12 inches, but really it is closer to 9 to 10 inches when you discount the connectors themselves. That's not much room, so don't think you'll be listening at the same time you are charging. Can you get extensions for the above cables? Sure, but I'm not sure what Bose was thinking by making these so short in the first place. Most likely, I'll rarely use the audio vale, but that short USB cable? For something I'll need on a regular basis, I'll just rely on another compatible cable that is longer. The black tone-on-tone version makes it kind of hard to see the controls, charging port, and audio connection. But maybe you just get used to that over time. Also, I would have preferred a more obvious LED power indicator (more like the older model), so you avoid leaving it turned on and draining the battery. Yes it does have an adjustable power-off feature (through the app), but this seems like design over function. As for that app? Well, to me it seems to offer little more than a volume control and some minor custom settings. This is an area that Bose needs to improve upon. And using the app to spy on users listening habits is NOT cool, Bose. That feature needs to be eliminated as soon as possible.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Amazing headphones, arguably best on market
Great headphones, I use it all the time when travelling overseas or in the morning commute. Noise cancelling and build quality is perfection. Would not know what I would do without it. If you are comparing with the QC35 II both models are fine unless you really wanted Google Assistant.

Perfect sound with cloud like comfort
These headphones are amazing. Their name is QC or Quiet Comfort and both boxes are ticked to perfection!
Quiet. This is seriously the most amazing noise cancelling technology I have ever experienced. Place them on your ears and turn them on with no music and you can really hear the quality of silence. The noise cancelling feature is adjustable with the Bose Connect app which is a free download on iOS. I have used these to travel around the world and thy are a companion I would never leave at home for a flight.

phones are like pillows placed lovingly around your hear holes. The pillows act as passive noise cancellation and compliment electrics. There is also padding on the arch over the headphones to ensure they live up to their name. The battery lasts for 20 hrs which is amazing and perfect for how I use them. I probably charge them every 10 or so uses, which is more than acceptable to me. There is also a charging case you can purchase if you need more juice. The Bluetooth is incredible and can connect to multiple devices and once which is really useful if you’re switching between. This is seriously the best Bluetooth device I have ever used.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Revolutionary headphones!
The QC35s are excellent travel companions. Flying international flights blocked out a greater portion of the plane noise. They made in-flight entertainment a lot more intimate to enjoy. They also were surprisingly compatible with getting to sleep on long overhaul flights. Being cordless, has made working from home and meandering around home a lot more freeing without the cord.

Good cans!
After a few weeks of using the QC35ii, I can say that it definitely does a good job in noise-cancellation. After opting not to use Google Assistant with it, I had the option to toggle the different levels of noise-cancellation through the headphones. I thought this was a pretty slick option, as I do feel a bit dodgy after being isolated within the noise-cancellation cans for long.
Sound-quality wise, I can't say much. I had expected much more when it comes to the sound-quality, given all the reviews I have read. However, I must have had a v...Read more
ery high expectation, as I wasn't thoroughly impressed with the sound. Nothing about the bass, etc. really stands out, but it does offer you a solidly quality listening. The build itself is light, and easy to carry around. However, I do have a certain complain. This may only be applicable to me, but as I wear spectacles, it feels a bit awkward while wearing the QC35. It kind of holds your glasses on the space position and bugs me out a bit because it isn't so comfortable. My glasses have really thin body so it wasn't that bad, but it does make a difference when I'm using the headphones without my glasses on. The memory foam doesn't seem to do much in that area. Other than that, I have to say that it probably has one of the best noise-cancelling feature I have ever used.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Fantastic noise cancelling headphones, made even better now that they are wireless
I purchased these as an upgrade to my QC25's and was as impressed as the previous model. The wireless function is amazing and I use them without a cord all the time. I recently went on an overseas trip that had 2 x 13 hour flights and I used these on both flights, almost the entire time and it drowned out so much noise. The sound is fantastic when listening to music or movies and overall build quality is excellent. I happily recommend these!

perfect
I purchased these today at a local retailer. Being a bit of a fanboy, I decided I wanted these even though I already own the QC25. I have only been listening to them for less than an hour, but I am very impressed. The sax is wonderful and seductive. good

Best earphones ever!
I bought these ear phones due to a lot of long distance bus/plane travel. They have a very clear sound, also they block out the noise well, therefore allowing a good rest. Comfortable on the ears, so long as Im not lying down! Only negative is they are quite expensive.

Fantastic headphones I can’t live without.
Honestly, if you’re looking for noise cancelling headphones, then don’t consider buying anything else.
Ive had my QC35’s for almost 2 years now, and they are still as good as new. Sound is real nice with them, they block out a most of the noise around you, and are the perfect wireless solution to hook them up to your phone.
Can’t fault these headphones one bit!

Sorry to hear this mate, I'm still on my first Qc35.. Getting close to 7 years now.. Replaced the ear pads myself with original Bose ones but no issues still. I bought the replacement pads on ebay. I would definitely get it replaced if Bluetooth is not working
Long time ago it was good product, but not now - I bought 2 different models and both of them now rubbish, just one year later
