Love it!
I suffer from asthma & severe sinus allergies. I have used this product for 20+ years for myself and children who are also asthmatics. It has given us relief with a single use when having cough spasms and breathing difficulties.
I use very hot water with the required inhalent and hold the inhaler with a towel underneath it, because it is hot, or place it on a stable table. Yes, you have to be careful especially with hot water, dont leave kids unattended and dont use while walking around. (Users are responsible and need to be cautious)
What is great, is i have taken this on camps, very convenient and portable. I purchased 4 more for my adult family and elderly mums to use. Love it!

Not very effective and very unclear instructions
Excitedly bought two of these, only to find that this unit does not deliver a lot of steam, unless using very hot water, which results in the unit being very hot to handle and hold. The instructions advise not to use boiling water, but fail to advise what water temperature is ideal, and how to position the nose and mouth. I have not use one of these before (I only know that old bowl and towel method), and don't know whether your face touches the funnel part or not. Ended up returning the unopened and unused 2nd unit.

Easy but not that effective
Ive been using one of these on a regular basis as I have chronic sinusitis, the idea is good and its easy and quick to set up but doesn't deliver the steam as efficiently as using a bucket/ bowl method with towel over head. Its a great idea but also risks of burning yourself as its small and portable. I'll continue to use it but on its own it doesn't help a lot

What is the reason for not using boiling water. I find hot water from tap does not produce enough steam.

It's just a safety issue thing. But if you are confident in using boiling water then that's fine. Kind Regards, Bosisto's Team.
