Hi, I’m looking for a fix for my Braun multiquick 3. It heated up the last time I used the chopper and hasn’t worked since. Any idea if there is a place I might be able to get it fixed or if fixing it is even practical (although I’d really like to, since it’s been just 5 months since I bought it)?
My MQ 7 is not working, no flashing of light in indicator. Any ideas?
It may be a broken power cable/connection. Try gently bending the cable at different points in the length and at the same time watch the indicator for any reaction. If this is the case the cable can be replaced or shortened or new plug.
My MQ7 safety switch turns to green but as soon as I press the button to start it goes off to red in a second. I have to press safety switch again to get it to green and it does the same. What’s wrong with it?

Yes, my husband made a smoothie using frozen bananas (already sliced into 1cm pieces) and it worked fine.
HI... Is MQ777 good for making fine indian Chutney or Idli batters... does it granulate finely??
Yes it certainly does chop finely. Unfortunately for me, it does not slice. Seems to chop into a pulp - particularly carrots.
hi - what size (roughly) is the chopper bowl? And does (like my previous Braun) the base of the bowl have a rubbery lid, that you can remove to use as an actual bowl lid? Thankyou!
Yes the two bowls each have a rubber ring at the base. 1L bowl is 13cm wide X 15cm deep. 350ml bowl is 10cm X 7.5cm deep. Product does not chop particularly well.
I am really not sure about the dough kneading part of this machine. How easy or difficult that is? I watched the video on youtube though. If you could tell me about that. Really inclined towards it!

Is the food processor attachment good for blending, or do I have to buy the blending/ice crushing attachment?
Hi the stick mixer attachment is good for blending, shakes smoothies etc . The blades are not meant to crush ice. Ice crushing blades are seperate and dont come with this model.
