I received a sample pack of Breathe right nasal strips. No they are not designed to stop snoring what they are designed for is to help with nasal congestion at night.
I was very stuffy with a head cold and decided to give them a go. Lets face it vicks only goes so far at night. After placing on my nose and then laying down (it took about 3 minutes) I was able to breathe easy. Best nights sleep I have ever had with a stuffy nose and would recommend this to any one.
NO Chemicals to take
Bit difficult to get off but no residual marks after.
