Does it fit the Aldi Size pods?
3 answers
I havent tried to use the Aldi pods because we have found that the Arpeggio pods from Nespresso are great! Suit our taste and just order those each time, tried heaps and we like these the best!
But Nespresso dont have Hot Chocolate flavour though do they? Or do you know of another brand that fits in the hot chocolate?
Yes. They fit and work just as well. Same with the Woolies brand "Nespresso" compatible pods and various other brand "Nespresso" compatible pods. Do not get confused with "Expressotoria" pods. They are only for Expressotoria machines and in my opinion terrible. Why pay Espresso equivalent to over $100 per kilo for coffee just for covenience of a pod when you can pay much less (but still overpriced) by using other brand compatible "Nespresso" pods. Woolies are regularly having them on special.

Do all Nespresso pods work in the different Nespresso machine or are the certain Nespresso capsules for the different Nespresso machine?
3 answers
The traditional Nespresso Pods work in this machine, but Nespresso have recently introduced a bigger fatter pod and that does not work in this machine.
So if i buy from the supermarket how do i know if i have the right one?
If the pods have "virtuo" on them then they are the newer ones. They also have a very rounded bottom so they are easily distinguishable from the "original" pods.

Does the machine only produce little coffees???

It has two options a small espresso, and a lungo option. I usually have a lungo and then fill it up with milk and drink from a mug so it’s a decent coffee from such a small machine.

What Nespresso Capsules you can use with this machine?

Coles sell a great range of capsules to suit the Nespresso called LOR, excellent value and a great range to suit most coffee enthusiasts. Not to mention you dont have to buy 100 pieces or so like you do from Nespresso online.
we used the L'OR brand, there is a great range available at Coles
You are honestly better off buying the Nespresso pods. They are an extra $3 compared to the above mentioned LOR but they are better quality, for taste but also the health of your machine. Even though the LOR are Nespresso compatible, the coffee is always weaker and overtime they can affect how well your machine produces coffee.
As a side note you don’t have to buy 100 capsules from Nespresso. You can buy as many or as little as you want, if you go into the Nespresso shop, they are often giving out free pods too. Worth the extra few dollars.
