Bento Lunch Box
My grand daughter had lost the seal in her lunch box so was not sealing properly. I asked if seals were available to purchase but they weren't BUT they replied with the following,

I ordered a package of the preschool labels and was very excited to receive an email at work that my order had been delivered. I promptly checked my mail upon arrival at home, in hopes to see how cute the labels were! But to my dismay there was no package from bright star anywhere to be found. I was wondering if this is a common occurrence? And if and when my order will actually arrive/ how will this be resolved?

Wonderful product
I order the design label pack for my kid and the product sent was great. It lasts for a while as I bought another pack last year. I also purchased a back pack and the quality was greater than expected as my kid still uses it.

I think the quality is fantastic. I have 2 babies under 2 starting at a new daycare in a week. I ordered the daycare pack and still have labels left over from 2022. I technically could keep using the ones I ordered for my oldest (these have been put through a sanitizer daily) as they are still in great condition with only the slightest fading (if I didn't hold it up to the unused ones there would be no way to tell they have faded, that's how good they are). i have always brought stuff from this company and i never wait longer then 6 days for the item and the time i spend quite a few hundreds dollars worth of items i asked when should i expect it as the email never come before the item and with the vaule of what i have order i dont want it to go missing yet the stuff say u will get an email they r no help at all i spend well over 500 dollars with this company every 6 months but not any more

I have shopped with Bright Star Kids for a long time. The quality used to be fantastic and I continued to buy from them. However, the last few years the quality is a lot poorer (buying the same products- especially the iron on labels!). I wrote a negative review for a product as I thought it would be helpful to others as all the reviews on the website are so good and I thought I can't be the only person that has had problems with this. After I wrote my review, I received an email to sort out the problem and was offered a refund. However, my review was never published. I have a lot more confidence in companies that post honest good and bad reviews. Don't think I will shop with Bright Star Kids again.

Iron on label quality has dropped
A few years ago, I bought small iron on labels for my elder children and they were fantastic, I bought bulk and still use them. They last for years! As they are so good, I chose Bright Star Kids for iron on labels for my younger child last year. The iron on labels in the daycare pack are definitely poorer quality. Within a month, the text faded (some to unreadable) on the labels that did not peel off. These clothes were being washed in the same load as the ones with the older style Bright Star Kids labels, so the fast deterioration is obviously...Read more

Another negative difference between the old style and new style is, with the old style of iron on label, I was able to have name and phone number over two lines of text but only one line of text is possible with the new style of iron on label. I am super impressed with the products we received for our 2 boys rooms!! We purchased 2x wall stickers/decals, 2x door names and 2x height charts. The wall stickers were easy to put on and came with instructions and some great ideas on how to arrange them. Great quality and size also. The door names are absolutely beautiful, such vibrant colours. And the height charts are great quality also. We have been searching for wall decals for over a year now and I am so glad I found these. My husband, boys and I couldn’t be happier! Thanks!

Print quality not great on Santa stockings.
I posted a review on their website but for some reason they haven’t published it. I was disappointed with the Santa stocking print quality. The red at the top is a beautiful vibrant red, then the picture looks like a faded reddish brown colour. Very different from the website. I know colours differ from on screen, but it looks like they ran out of red ink.

Bit disappointed in product
At the start of the year i purchased an owl name door sign for my daughter... it was absolutely beautiful... bright colours and looked high quality... i was very impressed and decided i would later on get another door sign made... just received the door sign only to be very disappointed... the design was identical but the quality was poor compared to the one i had previously ordered early on in the year... the material is thinner, the picture is very very light in colour and the sign looks and feels very flimsy. Very disappointed. Wont be purchasing any more door signs such poor quality now dont know why they changed the quality of the materials they are using.

Do not bother with the iron labels
I followed the instructions exactly. Looked like the labels were adhered but came off after one wash. A complete waste of money and I have asked for a refund.

Can't get stickers off the sheet
I recently received your tiny pencil labels and was very disappointed that I couldn't get them off the sheet because they hadn't been pressed out enough to peel them off individually. I ended up having to cut out each sticker individually to be able to place them on my children's pencils; as you could imagine this was very time consuming and frustrating. They looked good and ordering and delivery was excellent but shame the execussion wasn't to match.

Iron on labels dont work.
The labels looked great and ironed on easily and looked stuck. But many in the first wash came off. Then the rest are off or peeling in subsequent washes. Dont recommend buying these.

Wonderful Company!
I ordered a shirt for my son to use in a photo shoot to announce our second pregnancy. I made a silly error with the due date and used the current year, not next year when bin is actually due. I couldn't find a way to change it (and it is my fault for making the mistake) so I was happy to just buy another shirt so I made a whole new order and just paid for two shirts. These absolute angels figured out that I made a mistake and changed it for me! Now it isn't a waste of a shirt and I am happy to pay for two shirts, because I can actually use them both now! I'm very impressed and super happy with the service. (Delivery was speedy too!)
