Great pram
Really great and reliable pram. Easy to steer and operate, really convinient for the baby and exteremly durable.
My bugaboo is now seven years old and it still opeartes as new. It looks pretty good apart from few minor scratches on the frame and a little rust. It is worth purchasing new and second hand. It has been really usefull and convenient to use. It can carry heavy loads and big babies. Both of my children are the larger bubs and love sleeping in the pram, the bassinette suited them both up to month.

t that all of the advertising material is true it does go well on all terraine and a change is as simple as a handle bar flip. The only minor negative is the part that it is two part pram and you have to undo the sit before you can fold the frame and it is not that easy to take in and out of the car. However if you purchase a cheaper lighter pram or stroller such as an umbrella stroller your will be ok. Everythin it is great Nothing much except that it is hard to fold. I would also love to find out how to vary the seat.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

3 kids and still going strong
I bought this pram 6 years ago and at the time everybody thought i was crazy to spend $1600 on a pram. However having had 3 kids and each one of them has been wheeled around in this sensational quality pram. It has travelled around the country on planes and in the car and I have not had one minute of grief with it. It is smooth to push and I even jog with it with no problems.
It still looks new except for some slight fading. I could not recommend this pram highly enough as a great investment. The bassinet is wonderful when bubs is small. I have had the skateboard attachment for the older two.Spend the money you will not regret it.
Lightweight and lasts

I love this pram
I bought this pram nearly 5 years ago and still love it as much as the day I bought it. I used it for my oldest child and now use it for my youngest (sadly having to go to a double pram for the kids in the middle).
The manouverability is amazing, you can push and turn this pram with one finger and it just glides.
It is super reliable, the only problem I have ever had with it is a flat tyre - but harldy bugaboo's fault that i ran over a thumb tack.
I have taken the covers off numerous times for washing which makes it super easy to always hav...Read more
e a nice looking, baby food gunge free pram. The only thing I grizzle about is that the small front wheels can be a bit touchy over uneven ground, though you can now buy all terrain tyres for the front which would eliminate this problem. I like that it has a hand brake, so you don't have to squish your toes/shoes using those annoying foot brakes. the adjustible handle height is great for people of different heights using the pram. everything!

Great to move around but not for air travel
I bought this pram/stroller almost 2 years now and here are the pros and cons:
Pros:
1. It looks good - that was probably the main reason why I chose this pram when it was on sale.
2. Easy to move around.
3. Good basket storage (tho I don't really use it except to store the rain cover and bub's blanket).
4. The seat (only, not applicable to the basket) can be reclined into 3 positions - great for sleeping, relaxing cruise and feeding. ...Read more
5. Good customer service - I notice issue with the brake when I started travelling in a bus for work (after > a year maternity leave). The brake didn't seem to work that well, especially sudden brake. Complaint and the frame was replaced! Brake works ok now. So, keep your receipt, it comes with 2 years warranty. 6. The material washed out well, even with all the food stain! Cons: 1. It comes in 2 parts - the frame and the seat (with the handle bar). So, a) can't take this pram with me for any travel by air as it is not a one piece foldable pram/stroller, unless you have the case for it (which is quite expensive to buy!) and I believe you have to check it in (so, may take up your luggage allowance). I ended up buying another pram (a lot cheaper) for my interstates or overseas travel. b) takes up a lot of pram parking space in the childcare as it is not foldable like the others. 2. The handle bar material has been chewed off by bub when teething. They don't seems to have washable padding (cloth) available. I am not sure if the material is safe to be consumed (it's like those soft landing floor in kids playground!). Bub seems to be ok. So, buy or make some handle bar cover when your bub is teething or remove the handle bar all together (which is what I ended up doing!). 3. It can be quite tricky to be put together if you don't use it often. My in-laws have this issue. 4. The seat belts are loose and my bub who is 20 months old, can wriggle out and stand on the seat! 4. All accessories need to be paid for and not cheap. I will write a review on the sun shade - not overly happy with it but I can't find the ~$50 receipt to claim on its warranty! 5. Bassinet is good for newborn but is bulky. You won't be able to access the basket easily when you are using the basket. Overall: Am happy in general but I would buy a different pram as a compact or one piece pram would suit my situation better. The other pram that I have (from cheaper range) doesn't have the same suspension and seat. So, you do get what you paid for.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Safety issue: brake cable bursts after 2 years
Nice design and not too heavy for use in public transport were the main reasons bought this pushchair. The seating is comfortable for our boy, however the structure / frame looks a bit fragile if ever you should intend to do shopping. We were happy with our Bugaboo Chameleon until the brake cable burst after two years without a particular reason. This is a major safety issue, totally unacceptable for such an expensive product. We did contact Bugaboo about this. Their response time was slow and bureaucratic. So now we know that Bugaboo customer ...Read more

Worth every cent. Light because you only ever lift it in two parts
Bought mine second had so it's going through its 3rd child and still going strong.
So maneuverable, easy to use and its light weight (even though on the stats its not) because you only ever lift it in its two seperate sections. So its easy enough to use even if you're pregnant.
Took me a while to work it out at first I guess but I dont' even think about it now and it really is very simple once you work it out. Should have spent 5 minutes with it before I gave birth though. Did have a very hormonal post natal moment with it on its first o...Read more
uting! ;-) Have wondered if I should have thought about the bee instead (being the single fold and slightly smaller area in the boot) but am happy with what I've got - admittedly I have a fair amount of boot space. Fantastic buggy. Absolutely love it!
Love this pram! It's so user friendly, and allows baby to be comfortable at any age.
While it is nothing short of extortionate new- around £1,200 in the UK, around $1,765 (??), they are available second hand for much much less! I got mine for about £250 ($367??), with Pink and Green fabrics, 2 parasols, a footmuff, and a brand new bag! I would definitely recommend preloved sites!
The main thing that I love about this pram is that it has a pram part that allows it to lie fully flat. This was the one thing that clinched it for me! I als...Read more
o love the fact that it folds up do tiny to go into the car. Another great thing about this pram is that you have such brilliant maneuverability! I would massively recommend trying to purchase the slightly older version of the Cam - the one with the screw type mechanism to adjust the handle bar height. There have been a lot of problems with the newer 'clippy' (flat adjuster) sort- they seem to become lose and eventually either stop clipping shut properly (so handlebar able to move while pram is in use), or get stuck in one position! Equally annoying! I was a slow convert to this pram, as I thought it was a bit spacey and modern looking when I first saw it. However, having got hold of my lovely second hand one, I don't think I would go back! (Giving it a quick scrub and washing the fabrics saved me well over a thousand pounds!)Similar opinion? Best pram on the market!
I bought this pram because it was the known to be the best on the market, and for good reason. It is engineered to perfection. My husband was with me when we bought it and although he wasn't excited about the price, he was very impressed with the quality of the design and build,it really is clever. This pram has outlasted 2 children without anything breaking. It is versatile and easy to use. I had no problems getting it in and out of the car and found it very light, which is probably why it is so easy to push one handed and even turn it one han...Read more
ded. I used to carry one child on the hip and push the other in the pram with one hand. You can't do that with many prams. It is light, easy to maneuver, very reliable and definitely versatile. With the flick of a switch it the handle can be moved so that it is in off road mode,or you can take out the seat and turn it around so that the baby is facing you or facing outwards. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of this pram, it is truly the rolls royce of prams. It is on the expensive side, however I think it was worth every cent. If you can get a good second hand one that would be the best option as they are built to last and nothing really breaks on them.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Bugaboo Cameleon
Don't get me wrong, I love this pram (hence still voting it 4/5) just disappointed with the braking mechanism. I have been using it for a year and a half and still like it, but I just don't trust the pram with friends or family unless I have told them how to use it.
Looks great. Very easy to handle. Great shock absorption. You can face your child either way. Very simple to flatten down the chassis and take off the seat/bassinet. My boy will fall asleep in it still wherever we are and he is now 17 months.

Exellent Pram
It has been an excellent pram in many ways but I avoid putting it in the car so I don't have to collapse it - I do really like using it and the bassinet was great for us. Bub likes to be in it which makes life easy.
Very lightweight, great bassinet & seat, easily removable bassinet & seat, good seat height and adjustment range, excellent colour choice, easy to manoeuver, reasonable storage space with OK access.
Hard to collapse - the button that needs to be depressed before the two slides can be moved to allow the pram to collapse is very stiff and difficult to use. In addition the storage area is tipped upside down when the pram is collapsed. Expensive.

Best Pram!
Best pram, it's amazing. I'm always getting comments wherever I go about it. I won't double up with what I've said in the pros and cons. But I would happily buy one again. I'm so bummed that I have to sell mine due to having another bub so close in age and I now need a double. Bugaboo have just released a double but it won't be in oz for a while :(
Everything is pro about it! Best pram ever. I have owned mine for 2 years now. I'm so in love. Lovely shade canopy. Love that you can have it forward or rear facing. Nice basket size underneath. Can...Read more

Highly recommend
Have recommended this pram to all our family and friends and was one of our wisest buys! Five stars to bugaboo!!
Compact: Basinet folds flat, making it one of the only bassinets that can fit in a hatch boot. Bugaboo was the smallest folding pram at the time of purchase (remember that the bugaboo is a pram not a stroller)! Bugaboo is easy to store when no longer in use.Easy to maneuver: Great in the city with large crowds and is especially handy in shops: fits easily in narrow aisles. Lightweight: Very easy to steer and great for long walks.Dual...Read more

LOVE It
Absolutely LOVE this pram - friends recommended it and I wouldn't have any other. I had a c-section and was able to push this around the shops and go for walks without any pain the day I was released from hospital. Would recommend this to anyone who will listen!!! My baby loves to sleep in it, and the way the bassinet and hood are designed it makes it cosy and warm on even the coldest and windest winter days while walking as no wind gets inside. Also very easy to manouvre up and down gutters and over grassed areas (not many footpaths in my ...Read more
local are so this has been tried and tested!). Easy to manouvre around anywhere (is great at getting between tight spots in shops!); light; looks great; very comfortable for baby; easy to fold up and down and takes up little room in the boot of the car. Nothing really - as other people have said, the carry basket is a little hard to get to when the bassinet is on, but at the end of the day I prefer to have my nappy bag close at hand so hang it off the handles instead (which I would do whether basket was more accessible or not).Similar opinion? So good
I had c-section and was pushing this pram with ease even up hill after 4-days! So easy to clean and use and so comfortable for baby/toddler. My 2yr old has now been booted out to make way for baby no.2 and appears brand new. My adjustment buttons started sticking (at 2yrs) and Bugaboo replaced these for free because of the 2yr warentee. I can't recommend highly enough. Make sure you do your maintence (kit provided) and you will get so many yrs use.

Average
I mainly use this pram for shopping as baby can face me and she is happier for longer. Not great over rough terrain or up and down kerbs, have to lift front wheels off the ground to get up kerbs as opposed to three wheelers which go straight up. Overall I like this pram for smooth ground but is an expensive shopping buggy. I have found the mountain buggy a much more versatile pram.
I love having baby facing me, easy to fold and assemble lots of accessories adjustable handle, looks great.
Pulls to the left when pushing, not great over rough terrain, very pricey

Good
I love it... goes everywhere, over all sort of terrain with no worries. Great for walking in the park (on uneven ground), on the street and in supermarkets (don't need to use the disabled exsits). Can push easily with one hand if needed and can get out of tight spots. I bought this pram originally because it was the only one that fit into our Holden Astra boot but now we have a car with an LPG tank in the boot and it still fits.
It's maneuverability and it's very stylish and it's light. I like the extendable handle much easier on the back and t...Read more

Very good
I was determoned to have a bug so I bought mine second hand to save some dosh and got a fantastic deal on pram, almost all accessories and the peg perego viaggio car capsule. Mine is a 2005 chassis and is still going strong, and unless you look at it extremely close up, it still looks brand new. Every time I go to the shops, other mums look at me with envy as I scoot past them as it pushes and steers with ease. If you are having your first, and you love this pram, look into it and shop around, as it will most likely save you money in the long r...Read more
un from chopping and changing. I absolutely love it! An absolute dream to push; lightweight becuase of the two-part fold making it easier to get in and out of the boot; the carrycot is fabulous for newborns, we used it at home (saving us the cost of a bassinett) and it was our little ones bed whilst travelling; all fabric can be washed; versatile. Im Happy
Overall I'm happy with the Cameleon however I use it mostly for walking round the neighbourhood - I have a Bee for my 'car' pram. I bought my Cameleon 4 years ago - today it seems like there are alot more choices available. So, I would say a Cameleon is great if you do alot of walking but cumbersome if you have to fold and store it alot.
Very comfortable for baby and toddler - like the shaped seat so baby doesn't slide forward.Very stable because of the four wheels - we were worried about the stability of a 3 wheeler.Super easy to push - in the...Read more

Terrible
I only bought the bugaboo as a friend of mine raved about it. I made the mistake of not shopping around first to find out what was best for me. I hardly used the cot that came with it. When I later converted it into a stroller I found it much too bulky and heavy to be convenient. It was a nightmare in small shops as the stroller was too big for the aisles.
Travelling with it was a pain. Since we paid so much for it, we had to buy a travel bag for it (more expense and one thing more to carry!) for fear that it will get ruined by the airline.
Not worth it all and will not recommend it to anyone.
very stylish
expensive, bulky and heavy, no where to hang my shopping, not convenient to go travelling with, takes up too much boot space

ok
I bought it because everyone I know who had one had given it rave reviews, but for the next bub I'll be selling it and buying a pram with travel system. I have both this and the Steelcraft Strider and while the Bugaboo is trendy and is a nice pram, it's not worth the money.
Very nice looking. Sturdy. Excellent maneuverability and smooth ride over rough ground.
The brake sticks and is difficult to do one handed. Heavy and awkward to collapse and take in and out of car boot. When you collapse it if you forget to close the basket all the contents spill out. If you fly you need to buy the travel case to protect it, but you have to take it apart and take the wheels off to put into the travel case so it's not useful at the airport.
