Bugaboo Cameleon
I am very happy with my pram. Would recommend it to anyone particularly if you do a lot of walking and if you are planning to have more than one child.
Very manoeverable. Light. Baby looked comfortable and slept well in it when often she wouldn't sleep anywhere else. Works well on rough surfaces and cobbled streets. Adjustable handle - my husband is much taller than me, but both of us can use it comfortably. Big basket. Still going strong and looks new after 16 months of near constant use.
Expensive. Basket hard to access with bassinet on. Harness doesn't always fit babe well. 2 part fold takes a bit of time to get the hang of.

Good
We are happy we bought the Cameleon. It's a great pram and the pros do outweigh the cons. We definitely love the look, as well as the sturdiness and manoeuvreability of the pram. We only wish it was lighter and took up less room in the car!
There is lots to love. First, it's a beautifully designed pram; it just looks fantastic. It's also sturdy and very easy to manoeuvre (even with one hand). The reversible handles are great, as are the various positions into which the seat can be adjusted (ie full recline through to sitting straight up).

It's very expensive. We bought ours on sale for $1399 but even at that price, it's a lot of money for a pram. The accessories are also expensive. Other than cost, it's also very heavy and quite bulky. It takes up almost all the room in the boot, so packing for weekends away is a bit of a challenge. You need two hands to put the pram together (ie combining the chassis and bassinet/seat) or take it apart.

Not good
I really wouldn't bother with this pram. I've sold mine and moved on! I enjoyed having all the different colour options but at that price I think there are better choices.
The rain and sun covers are great. The fabrics wash really well and come up looking new.
There is no customer service to speak of- when you buy something this expensive you really should be able to give them a call if you need to. The things that really bugged me about this pram were having to dismantle it into two pieces every time I got in and out of the car and putting the...Read more

I love it!
I must say, this is my most favourite baby purchase I made. It's a joy to push around,my eldest one used up until i got too tired taking it in and out of the car during my second pregnancy and now it's back on duty. We have a small car and most of the other prams actually can't fit! We had tried pram's that belong other people in our car and that was when we decided to think outside the box (the box being prams bought at Kmart, big W, target or toys r us) We bought it overseas when the AU dollar was really strong and so even at current secondha...Read more
nd prices we are still making a small profit! when #2 came along is when we were really hit by the cost of accessories. We, again, bought the buggy board overseas because the price difference was really big. Plus, it can fit in a suitcase! It folds quite compact compared to other full sized prams, it's so comfortable to push around, it's a BIG fashion statement, it doesn't depreciate quickly, it's very durable / sturdy Having to pull it apart and put it back together each time it goes in the car, having to 'service' it every so often; wiping it down and lubricating joints, the cost of accessoriesSimilar opinion? Versatile and maneuverable
This has been a good pram so far... our son is just over 4 months and I've just transferred him from the bassinet to the normal seat as he was crying a lot in the bassinet I think because he was bored lying down. The only problem with him sitting up is that he looks tiny on the large seat and it isn't very protected, esp in the colder weather, but luckily a friend gave us her old foot muff accessory which I'd really recommend as now he is so much more snug. I'd also recommend getting a "Jolly Jumper" universal pram accessory to hold your phone,...Read more
keys and money as it is very difficult to access the bottom of the pram when you are out and about. I use a black sarong tied over the canopy to create a good sleeping environment as the Bugaboo Camelon doesn't have this function. The pram is good on various terrains. We did get the capsule clips but actually found it all a bit of a hassle, so just bought a stroller to keep in the car so we don't have to keep transfering the pram from the house to the car. If I had my time again I might consider the Bugaboo Bee as I don't think the bassinet was as handy for us as I thought it would be and the Bee gives the option to sit them more upright sooner. Bassinet for newborns, seat for older babies, looks good, very maneuverable (and friends with other prams have confirmed the bugaboo is better than their brands) Pretty expensive (but maybe the best prams are), no "peep hole" on the top to check if they are asleep, expensive accessories, no cup, key or money holder, can't "black it out" unless you use a separate wrap (a black sarong is best), hard to put up and down (at least at first)Similar opinion? Bugaboo Cameleon Love!
I intend on using mine again for my next child, my son loves being in his stroller. Its quite open so he can see everything around him. When he's tired I can pop the hood up and tilt him back. The hood on cameleon is large he must feel quite secure and snug in there, as he never has a problem sleeping in it.
Very Easy to steer and the wheels just glide over most things. When visiting my parents out bush it was tricky, until I realised you flip the handle bar the other way and its no longer a prob. I love that I can change the fleeces, you can ...Read more

Bugaboo Cameleon LOVE IT!
I absolutely LOVE my bugaboo. It was one of the most expensive baby purchases my husband and I made but by far one of the best.
If you can afford it it's definitely worth serious consideration as it certainly does tick many of the boxes any parent who want in a pram.
SO MANY THINGS...forward and rear facing bassinet and seat. Huge range of position, even the bassinet can be tilted slightly (brilliant if baby has reflux in those early weeks/months.Very comfortable bassinet for my daughter that she could sleep in even at home during the early...Read more

Fantasic Pram!
Fantastic Pram. Switched my daughter from a standard pram after she would cry for ages in her pram. I realised it was because she couldn't see me and became quite frightenened. When i put her in the Bugaboo she could face me and her whole face would light up when I talked to her. The colours are fantastic, I used pink for my daughter and blue for my son. It is so lightweight and easy to use. Yes it is expensive, however, the resale value of the pram makes it more justifiable. Wish they made them in a double!!
Looks fantastic, Lightweight, Baby can face you, Seperate Bassinette for smaller babies
Price and can be tricky to fold down to begin with

Highly Rate!
Highly rate this pram and personally I think it's worth the extra money, especially if you get allot of use out of the bassinet like we did. I have had no probIem jogging with it and taking it on grass, pebbles and sand as long as you pull it on the big wheels. Have found most Mums I know with other prams have already bought another stroller because there first one was too heavy and not very versatile.
I love this pram. Not only does it look great, it's very light compared to most other prams, it has a great size basket underneath, I love that ...Read more

So good!
We researched most of the prams on the market and found that this one best suited our needs. The Basinet option was great for our newborn and when he's older it converts to an upright pram. We love that the material is heavy duty and easy to wash. It looks great and there's nothing bad i'd like to report about the product. Would recommend to everyone.
The pram is very sturdy and comfortable for my baby to sleep in. Great wheel motion allows easy steering
Price is a little higher than i'd like but well worth every cent.

Really like this one
I really like this pram, it looks great, is easy to use and very comfy for the little one. The storage basket is a massive drawback - I dont even know why they bother, and make sure you watch a youtube video on how it folds up because you will feel like smashing it to pieces if you try to do it yourself. Once you get the hang of it, it's very easy and convenient :)
Nice to look at, easy to manoever, interchangable colours, good quality all round
Tiny storage basket that you can't even get to with the bassinet on, impossible to fold unless you get step by step instructions!

Good, Very Good
Third child, one pram, same pram. I honestly don't know anyone else that has done this. Mine cops a hammering in the dust of the country and still pulls through. I brought it solely on image based, but it actually lived up to it's worth. I am really proud to own one. If money is not a issue then get one, you spend so much time with your pram. Do watch the instructions of how to set up. Easy once know how! Buy the wheely board for your other toddler.
Can do a 360 turn on the spot. It fits in most shops, as I watch many other prams not even come ...Read more

Bugaboo Cameleon
Overall the Bugaboo Cameleon is a great pusher/ stroller but there are some functions which aren't so great which I already mentioned above. I give this product four stars as it is definitely a worth while product but contains some minor flaws. Fur stars.
It has great steering and it's so easy to push even when I have my baby and heaps of accessories in it.
The break is not great at all which can be quite dangerous, the straps aren't as tight as I would like them to be, and I think it is definitely over priced.

Not good
My bloke loves this, but he never used it! I was more likely to use it to carry veges home from the market with baby in a Baby Bjorn than to actually wheel the thing around. Buying one of these indicates that either (or both) you've been sucked in by celebrity endorsements, or your bloke has a wheel fettish.
Versatility - the bassinet is great for small babies. Once out of the bassinet, it is easy to change to have baby looking at or away from you, and to lie baby back or sit her up.It fits in supermarkets and most cars, dismantling reasonab...Read more

I like it
We're very happy overall with the bugaboo and we've had three different prams in our time. It has been a worthwhile investment for our family.
lightweight, easy to control and negotiate obstacles, easy clean and plenty of storage, excellent quality.

Bugaboo Cameleon is so good!
Love the bugaboo. We live in a really hilly area and right near a national park and I use it all the time. It's great for rougher surfaces, easy to push around, feels very safe and secure. I've also used it on dirt roads at my mum and dad's farm and it handled the surface well. Smart looking, light and easy to put up and down. Love my Bugaboo.
Loved having a capsule and seat option. Bubs was very comfortable in the capsule and spent a lot of hours snoozing. Easy to put up and down (despite what many say here!)
Having to swap the capsule to the chair - they're not actually inter-changable as both use the same chassis. Bubs is in seat now as was getting really grumpy lying down and the straps aren't as tight as I would like them to be.

Excellent Pram
Brilliant for a day out and lots of walking. My advice would be to get one second hand on ebay. The savings are huge and you can find ones that have hardly been used and in excellent condition for half the price. Dont get sucked into buying all the accessories.
I love my bugaboo. I dont drive and it is perfct for walks as it steers really well and i could fit everything i needed it the bottom. AS my child was going to be in the pram for long periods of time (we walk everywhere ) I wanted something sturdy and comfortable and stylish and the buga...Read more

Bugaboo Cameleon Great!
Overall I love this pram. Its now been used for 2 kiddies and is about to be used for a 3rd. We originally chose the pram after being in NYC and taking the 'its good enough for everybody else' approach and doing vertually no research. But we proved lucky in our choice as its suited us to a tee.
I can walk steering with one hand and holding the dogs lead in the other and when I got really good drinking a coffee at the same time :-)
It went everywhere and was versatile, no problems with it.
then along came #2 so we opted for a phil and teds...Read more

So good!
Still a great buy even it cost a fortune. The quality is great and definitely will keep it for my future 2nd child.
Great looking pram especially I bought the Bugaboo Paul Frank limited edition tailored fabric and footmuff, love it. Easy to push, extremely smooth in the shopping centre, great quality. Love the toddler chair as we can use it as a high chair. My girl sleeps very well when I turn the chair to flat position. Lots of storage and love the hand break (I hate the foot break)
Slightly heavy compares to my other 4.5kg stroller, need to t...Read more

Pretty good !
Pretty good, but certainly doesnt tick all the boxes for what you need in a stroller. Like others have said, buy it for your walks around the neighbourhood, but maybe keep a one piece, practical stroller for the car.
Fun and fashionable looking (that's why i bought it), very light and easy to steer, quality construction, thats about it.
Takes up too much space in boot, the two piece assembly and dissambly means the contents of my basket ends up on the ground each time! No zipper or means of properly closing off the basket. A big con is also th...Read more

If your Cameleon has the air tyres, the Cameleon3 wheels are not compatible as they are foam.
