Very Happy No Issue With Returns
I purchased a sheet set from Canningvale which i was unhappy with. I phoned customer care and explained my concerns regarding the sheet set, which i was honest about by the way.. within just a few minutes the whole amount was credited back to me plus 10% ! I wish all customer care service could be like this !

Great after sales service
I was not happy with the appearance of my vintage soft wash pillowcases and have had excellent help on returning them and getting a refund. Very happy now with Canningvale.

Very disappointed
Still waiting for a parcel that no one can seem to find . Really unhappy with the service, will not purchase from this company again, no help was given by customer service team at canningvale
