The perfect rug looks better in real life
The rug I received is beautiful and exactly what I ordered. There was an issue with delivery, however, Miss Amara swiftly dealt with the issue and sorted it within a day. Well Done! Very professional and will definitely use again.

Excellent customer service- stylist Tatiana made buying a rug fun
Cannot fault the service down to the durability, suitability of the rug to your aesthetic needs down to whether or not you have kids or pets to ensure you have the right rug for your space. The stylist Tatiana helped me on the search for the perfect addition to our bedroom from start to finish, excellent customer service.

Great costumer service
I ordered a rug and had to return it as I ordered the wrong size. The return was made so easy and they organised a courier to pick up the rug. No issues with refund and I reordered the rug in a new size. Katherine was very helpful throughout the process. This is my second rug from Miss Amara and I will continue to order from them when I need another rug.

Beautiful rugs look even better in person
I recently received two stunning rugs - the Elletra Cream & Navy Floral Motif rug, and Kira Diamond Detail rug - all I can say is WOW!! They are absolutely so beautiful and soft, honestly so much better in person compared to on screen! The advice and assistance provided by Miss Amara, with special shout out to Tatiana have really elevated my whole shopping experience, thankyou so much!

1 star is too much
Absolutely disgraceful company. Could not be more appalled at how badly managed the whole thing is. I received my rug after 4 months of waiting for it (supposed supply issues). Once it arrived I opened it up to find it was in fact the wrong rug placed in the incorrect packaging. I then had to go through the effort of repackaging a massive rug using bin bags and tape and book a return, all whilst not having my actual rug resent for 6 days. After being completely ignored for 3 days over email, call and online chat, a manager finally called and bo...
Read moreoked for my rug to be sent. It has now been sat for 2 days as “collecting” by the delivery company. In regards to the pick up of the incorrect rug, they forgot to send the return labels and sent them at 6pm the night before, making it impossible for me to print for pick up. They advised that the pick-up company would bring a label instead. Emailed 3 times to confirm this throughout the day as I was at work and had to leave the rug out the front of the house. Just returned home and the rug wasn’t even picked up. Still no contact from anyone, still have the incorrect rug in my garage and no sign of the rug I actually purchased even leaving their warehouse after 7 days. So disgusted and appalled. I hope this reaches the company and they look back on the thread of emails between myself and customer service. So many changes need to occur to make this a decent company. Handing over $550 in June to deal with this much stress and have no product is beyond unacceptable.- Shipping

Customer Service Hopeless
The concept of no fuss returns is nice in theory. However I’ve not had this experience in the 3 times now I’ve ordered from Miss Amara.
Each time a pickup was arranged it was never on the day scheduled which meant brining the rugs in and out multiple times.
My last order I received 2 rugs. Both of which were in disgusting condition. They had clearly been returns and not gone through any quality control process.
I’ve been bounced around to that many people and still haven’t managed to get a refund despite the products being in such appalling condition. Will not be shopping here again.

Customer service was amazing!
Although the rug I ordered wasn’t 100% what I was after for my space, the customer service team were so incredibly helpful with my return and it was such a pleasure dealing with them! I would 100% recommend and look forward to purchasing from Miss Amara in the future!
