Cannot answer your question fully. All I can say is that the new bottles that came with the unit weren't totally full according to it's capacity size as was stated on each bottle. Please check to ensure that there is no minor leaks within the unit itself. Check for any minor cracks within each tank, otherwise refill as necessary, or take it to your nearest service centre to have it checked out under warranty purposes. You will find that the black tank has a larger capacity tank than the others. The colour tanks have a much smaller capacity.

Definitely no leaks or cracks. No mess under the printer. Ink tanks holding at current capacity.

Ensure the blue light is turned on to use the Bluetooth function on your printer. Also ensure that the Bluetooth function is on via the settings on your iPad, otherwise the print function will not work. For example if you want to print out emails go to your email screen, then on the top right part of the screen, you will see a back arrow key next to the trash key. Select & press the back arrow key, then select the word PRINT and then follow the prompts to find your printer. Once you have selected the correct printer, you will then be able to print out your emails etc; Otherwise Apple support can also help out if you have any further problems. I've just got the G3600 and there are a few places on the outside of the box and in the manual that says the machine is not compatible with Mac/Apple products.
