Totally agree, no installation supplied, chair stopped functioning after 1 year, 5 technician visits and still problems, warranty useless, cardiotech withdrew from fixing chair. Don't deal with them their chairs are crap.

Not worth a cent
They rip u off by charging extra for the massage chair. Delivery men dropped it on the concrete 4-5x and the co couldn't of cared less. Watch out for a [Name Removed] who sweet talks u for a sale, then doesn't want
to know u when there's a problem!! Would NEVER recommend purchasing anything from csrdiotech!!

Takes months before this company responds!
Bought a Appliance and had problems, since it had a 5 year warranty I wasn't too worried about it playing up. 5 years sounds like a lot of time. Not when you ring up, and they don't respond. After multiple calls to their service number, and their repairman with no response, not even a return call, went to the stand/kiosk at Garden City with my complaint, they booked a service call for me on their tablet-no response, after 4 weeks I returned & they redid the request at fortnightly intervals for 8 weeks & I told the staff they had not responded.I...Read more
finally went to another Representative at another shopping mall, where I explained that this had been going on for more than a year, and that I had no intention of purchasing a $5,000 chair when they do not repair what I already had. The lady rang them up immediately & I got a scheduled service call. I had to pay for repairs to the tune of $160 call out fee + $300 for parts. This on an item with 5 year warranty! I should have bought a new one with another company & did an ACCC complaint against them. Ask around about their service, I wouldn't buy anything off them again.Similar opinion? Extremely disappointed
When we purchased Cardio Tech massage chair the sales person promised us that it was a genuine leather. It was also printed in the brochure that the material was genuine leather. After two years it started to crack and to my disappointment we discovered that it wasn't. The managers didn't even bother to help us out with replacement and repair. All we heard were just excuses and not real help. The massage chair looks ugly and awful now. I don't recommend to deal with this guys.

Impressed with the product. Have had many many old issues to my left shoulder (frozen shoulder, torn rotator cuffs, nerve impingement, carpal tunnel, congealed muscles. I bought this Cardiotech leather recliner Massage chair a few months ago as I have cronic pain at times from injuries from a bike accident a few years back and really need some relief. Best Massage chair ever
I bought this massage chair a few months ago and not a day goes by without my wife and I using it at least once. Its just great. The different programs allow you to choose where you want the pressure applied more or less. I have more energy than ever which I think is definately from the stimulation and circulation the massage provides. I've tried other models but this is the best I have ever used. My wife can't believe how her feet have improved as she was having lots of trouble with an old injury but now she finds her arthritis isnt playing up half as much. Its a little bit of heaven and we could'nt be happier with it.

Love the massage chair.. Great way to relax
This massage chair is so relaxing, relieves all my tension from a long days work. After a big work out it relieves the stressors of my muscles. There are a variety of settings to choose from to target the different areas of tension. It provides you with an all over body massage. Just as good as a masseuse. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs to relieve physical and mental stressors In their lives.

Very satisfied with my Tzone Massage chair
I wasn't keen at first when my son suggested getting the chair, but now I really cant see myself not using it every day for the rest of my life. My lower back pain from arthritis was really making me depressed and I couldn't bring myself to go out walking anymore. Thank goodness I listened to him as my overall health seemed to improve in the the first few days of using the chair. romised and went through the programs and helped us set it up how we wanted. Very professional service and after 6 months we have worked out exactly the settings we need to get the most out of it. Have rung up cardio tech a few times about which setting to put it on as I'm not that gadget friendly and always receive good and helpful advice. They are very patient with me. Hey has anyone had their chair go weird on them and do random things? Have owned chair since new and recently the legs wont work and the massager wont go onto lower back, only upper back.

Get Cardio Tech to pick it up & service it. Be careful. They like you to pay charges for pickup & their price for repairs are sometimes 1/2 the price of new machine. Ask for a written quote. Then submit a copy to Consumer Affairs. For the price of that chair it has to last a certain amount of years.
