Get Cardio Tech to pick it up & service it. Be careful. They like you to pay charges for pickup & their price for repairs are sometimes 1/2 the price of new machine. Ask for a written quote. Then submit a copy to Consumer Affairs. For the price of that chair it has to last a certain amount of years.

I think it is 3,500 or more

I’d contact cardiotech to request that they email you a manual as it may have the answer in there? Good luck

Have you tried calling cardiotech customer service as they will email you a copy of the manual or you could maybe go to where you purchased it from and take a photo of the console and print it out for reference? Good luck

If you go onto the cardiotech website you can contact via phone or webchat and request a manual to be emailed to you, I have just done that as I didn't receive one when I bought the chair, if I find the answer to your question though I'll let you know

Depending on where you live, they are available through a company called cardiotech, you could try contacting them and seeing where they have a stand, they are in shopping malls all over the place?

I didn't receive a copy but have if you speak to cardiotech they can normally answer most questions, but I have found that just playing with it till you reach the desired results then saving ( press and hold letter key) the program is pretty easy
