The experience with Carpet Call was easy, prompt and professional. The finished product was well laid carpet with no fuss at a good price. This is the second time we have used them and would use them again.

We had carpet installed at our home with Oscar being the subcontractor from Carpet Call.
He was friendly and worked diligently throughout the day allocated for his job. He explained the rough edges in one section (chimney) and how we should take care of them. He pointed out why it made sense *not* to replace an older carpet segment within a build-in. All of this gave us an excellent experience and we're super happy having had him as our installer.
Also, Adam from the shop managed our order well and kept us informed at all times. He even attended on short notice when one of his colleagues forgot an inspection appointment.

The carpet is great. A beautiful colour. The carpet layers, Adam, Steven and Simon were wonderful. They worked really hard, moved all the furniture with care and were extremely patient and helpful.

Boyd from Browns plains was amazing and so helpful with our choice of carpet and the price was amazing. The guys that installed were fabulous and the carpet is amazing and with the leftover carpet we were able to make hall runners.

Purchased our carpet from carpet call Bankstown great service at the shop and the carpet layers were fantastic wonderful professional job in laying and joining the carpet in our apartment

Our carpet layers Adam and Steve were excellent. They laid the carpet for our house in 1 day a big job! . They were so helpful and professional and took care of everything

Happy with the measure, quote and sale. The laying of the carpet was disappointing. The guy was rude and he didn’t vacuum. He also wasn’t going to put in the silver strip at the doorway and hesitantly went to his truck to retrieve some. He also didn’t leave the left over carpet when I was promised mats could be made. When I called to question this, I was dismissed.

They installed faulty carpet first time. In second attempt they came to fix it and they put it in wrong way finally came but damaged my furniture and property. When I contacted them, they promised me to solve it but after they ignored. Please everyone don’t trust them, they will not come if something happen. That is all

I had a split carpet lay the first layer left a mess and didn't put any capping down and one of the rooms had a cracking sound when you walked on it.
The second day James the layer for the remaining rooms fixed the carpet that the other layer did and put the capping down in all the rooms.
I would have to say he was the best ever so helpful and went well and above what he was supposed to do, he needs a medal.

From beginning to end it was a horrible experience. The consultant Darryl from Carpet call - Jandakot had visited our house & given us a quote. On 23rd March the carpet layer came & said that they are not allowed to strip the timber flooring, so he dropped the carpet at our house, informed his office & then left. After we followed it up with the head office they sent a timber stripper to lift the flooring. carpet was better down than i though but trusted carpet call. The installers were excellent and did a brilliant job. very friendly and their work was very professional. They worked non stop for a full day. very happy customer

Selected my carpet on 7th November 2020, and paid my deposit, went in again 27th Febrary and booked for 29th March, called Friday to confirm and was told I would get a phone call on Monday. No phone call arrived so I called and was told they were not coming. Wish I'd been told that on Friday when I rang!

For reasons we won’t go into (but nothing to do with Carpetcall) our floor covering was a complicated experience. Adam (in the Artarmon store) and the laying team of (another) Adam, Steve and Simon took it all in their stride and solved the problems with humour and professionalism. Adam and Steve arrived before 8am and finished by 4.15. Work was completed in a very clean and tidy manner. The new carpet looks fantastic. All old carpet and underlay removed.

From our initial visit to your Marsden Park store, Paul was very helpful in giving us options and good prices. During the final measure, Raj was very knowledgeable in creating a floor plan that would maximise resources and minimise waste/expenditure. The installation team of Adam and Steven were equally good people. The work they did yesterday was of very good quality.
Overall, my wife and myself are very happy with the level of professionalism shown by these four gentlemen. Would definitely recommend.

I was unhappy with my carpet installation (photos attached) which included “loose-laying” of new carpet straight over the top of old carpet in my wardrobes, with no glue to pin it down neatly. The presentation was dreadful with both rooms not vacuumed after the installation, with a mass of fluff strewn all over the place, as you can see in the pics. I had an amazing experience through Carpet call. My consultant was pleasant to converse with and was very honest and helpful, giving me the best information to accommodate my needs. He was extremely friendly, and his outstanding qualities and work ethic had my family and I feel like we were picking the right company for the job!
