100% service from Jess at Carpet Court Penrith. Jess visited my home at Leura to measure and discuss options. She is a trained interior designer so help in choosing colours was a godsend. Timeline for installation was fast and communication was great. I'm thrilled with the quality, colour and laying job of my new carpet. Highly recommend!

Our original carpet queries, quote and installation were undertaken professionally however there is no after sales service. So far 3 unanswered emails and one unanswered phone call to disinterested staff.

With their help I took home many samples before finally choosing the one that was suitable. Carpet Court at Lakehaven were excellent from the time I walked in there to look at new carpet to the number of other times I visited for samples and advice, their subsequent follow up, the measure and quote and ultimately the purchase. The ladies there were unfailingly helpful and knowledgeable and I can't speak highly enough of them. The laying of the carpet was hassle free, they were exactly on time and the carpet looks great.

Very suitable for our purposes. Short nap very easy to clean. Pattern modern yet blends in well with our decor. Communication with your delivery contractor was unsatisfactory as their office could not effectively monitor their driver.

We had Lake Haven Carpet Court install our carpet and we couldn't be more thrilled at how it looks. From the sales experience to the installers, everyone was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Work was scheduled within two weeks of ordering and the whole process was made so easy. The carpet is lovely to walk on, doesn't leave footprints and so easy to vacuum. We are so happy with the service and quality from Carpet Court that we are now installing their VeriShades in our main bedroom to go with our new carpet.

Buyer beware - don't buy carpet from this store
Recently bought carpet from this store at good price but the sales guy is either full of nonsense, incompetent or both. [Name Removed] Initially quoted from house plans (which are millimeter accurate) for lounge, bedroom & dining room. When he came out to measure he told me he forgot to include the dinning from & he needed to add 10 meters. This was nonsense & pure nonsense. The new quote added the extra 10 meters & about $500 to the new quote. The extra carpet worked out to 20% wastage. The indus...
