All staff at Lakehaven Carpet Court have been wonderful to deal with. I have just replaced all carpet in my home as well as installing Plantation Shutters & I am extremely happy. Absolutely recommend them !

Had a great experience at Carpet court chadstone. Hiren who assisted me was fantastic and made the whole process easy for me. Was very happy with the hybrid flooring in the end.

The salesman was helpful and not pushy, the communication from the office was always friendly and helpful. The carpet layers were on time, were polite and worked hard. They also left the house clean having vacuumed the new carpet and taken all rubbish with them.

Carpet Court at Lake Haven had a huge range of flooring with helpful staff, and they were quick to do a measure and quote. They were a little more expensive than quotes for similar product from other companies, but the installation was done very professionally and we are happy with the final result. The installers also cut out an extra one square meter 'mat' to put our gas heater on to protect the main floor - thanks guys!

The team at Coffs Harbour Carpet court were very helpful from selection right through until after the floor was installed.
We went over awful orange cork tiles with a nice light coloured vinyl plank. The transformation is amazing. Our home used to be dark and drab but the floor has lightened it up so well.
The planks seem really durable and nice underfoot. Easy to clean with a quick vacuum and mop.
Dan the installer did a great job.
We are very happy with the finished install.

I was unlucky enough to have a problem with my carpet which was laid by Carpet Court but they looked after me so well making sure I was happy and had it fixed under warranty even though it had been down for a few years. I recently also had to source some spare carpet for a rental property which required repairs due to the tenant leaving burn marks and it was no problem. They found my original order on their computer, located an offcut of the carpet, no charge. I would certainly recommend Carpet Court with confidence.

All of the staff at Coffs Harbour were just fantastic. We had picked a more expensive carpet but after discussing our lifestyle (pets and kids) with the staff we went with a more durable / livable range. We are so happy we did! It is still super soft, great colour, squishy and lush underfoot but much more practical.

We found all the staff (including the installer) so helpful, friendly and approachable and the turn around on getting the carpet in store and installed was fantastic.

I just want to say THANK YOU to Carpet Court Maribyrnong. Our renovation is very stressful, but their team is absolutely flawless. Especially the floor installer Arman, Mohammed and another guy (sorry I didn'tget your name), they are the best you can get in the construction industry. Punctual, polite, honest, hardworking and attention to details. They have turned our 50 years old floor into a beautiful floor. They also replaced entire windows and doors trims and skirting boards. Looks fantastic, I can't fault anything. Arman even helped us picked few things at bunnings. I would give them entire house to renovate if I could. The best place to go if you want a good customer service and high quality floor.

I fount Gill at Lake Haven Carpet Court to be one of the most approachable and very easy to talk to assistants in the shop = I had shopped around and I never received as much help as I did from Gill she is an asset

I found Renae at Carpet Court Belrose to be extremely knowledgeable helpful and efficient without being pushy. Brad and Jen were our carpet layers they were punctual finished the work in a timely manner and took the time to vacuum and remove all the unwanted off cuts.
The whole experience with Belrose store was effortless and I highly reccomend them.
Thank you all for your efforts it is very much appreciated as it is such a rare experience these days.

As soon as I walked through the door of Chadstone Carpet Court we were greeted by Ricky. His knowledge on there products was brilliant. Ricky spent a alot of time going through different colour choices and options. Our house plan had alot of curves/angles which made for alot of cuts. Once we picks our selections Ricky came out to house to remeasure because of these different angles. When it was laid it was spot on. Hardly any waste. I highly recommend Ricky at Chadstone Carpet Court A++++++++.
