Carpet Court Blinds & Shutters

The worst company ever! Have tried calling emailing, submitting online requests for blind quote but have not heard BOO!
They obviously don’t want nor do they need business.
Not impressed.!!

I have paid over $1200 for a single 3m wide and 0.7m drop roller blind expecting it would be top of the line. Apparently, after installation, I was very disappointed as what was installed is something you can purchase from Spotlight for just over $400. This was purchase was made in Gepps Cross branch.

Fantastic from the moment Ben came & quoted to keeping me posted on delivery & installation dates as delivery was out of their control due to covid.
I'm now getting a quote for more shutters.

This is the second set of shutters we have had supplied and installed by Carpet Court Coffs Harbour. Both times they had a competitive quote to us quickly and their installer's turned up on time, showed great workmanship and left zero mess or rubbish. Exceptional work by all.

Had 2 Verishades installed for our sliding doors. The process was very easy, from choosing the style of tracks to the style and color of fabric. Toni from Gepps Carpet Court was very helpful and gave us a very good price compared to other shops. Carpet Court had the best price. Ryan also did great, from check measure to installation. He did a great and efficient job.

All staff at Lakehaven Carpet Court have been wonderful to deal with. I have just replaced all carpet in my home as well as installing Plantation Shutters & I am extremely happy. Absolutely recommend them !

Have recently purchased Roman Blinds through Ringwood Carpet Court and was very happy with the result and the product itself. Not only that, the customer service was great, the turn around time was quick and for someone who had never ordered blinds before, the process was seamless.

We walked into Carpet Court on June 5th, 2022, interested in buying vertical blinds for 16 windows, in our home. We already had verticals on our patio doors and we wanted to match them up. The gal we spoke to said come back with a vertical slat and we’ll be able to match it. We went back on June 11th, with a sample, and we picked out what we wanted. We were told that their installer would most likely call us in the afternoon, of the 11th, to schedule a quote. After a week of waiting we decided to look elsewhere. It’s now July 30 and we still haven’t heard from them.

Every visit to Carpet Court Coffs Harbour was met with exceptional and friendly Customer Service. We received quotes promptly and installation was completed excellently. We cannot thank the team for such a great service they offer. We will be using Carpet Court for all our window/floor coverings in the future.
