We decided to have our whole house re-floored, as we had terrible tiles downstairs and cheap carpet on the stairwell and upstairs. Sean at Carpet Court Penrith was not only very knowledgeable, but he was very patient as I changed my mind a few times before finally settling on vinyl planks.

The staff at Carpey Court Coffs Harbour have been great, from first visit at the show room to follow up questions through to installation. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable & installer did a really fantastic job! Would highly recommend!

We were very happy with the guidance and help we received in selecting the flooring which were vinyl planks. It was really helpful being able to take samples home to help with our choice. Staff at Carpet court kept us fully informed of what was happening from the beginning until the job was completed. The staff undertaking the laying, Brian and Jacob were very professional in their approach. They answered all our questions and concerns. We were very impressed with the final outcome of our floor and would highly recommend these two gentlemen.

I would like to thank Sean for his patience and guidance in helping us select our flooring. He was very informative about the products and took all my concerns into consideration. It was a seamless process from quote to install.

A special shout out to our installer Junior (vinyl planks) who has done an awesome job, I couldn't be happier. It has simply transformed our house. We selected vinyl flooring. We had great support from Jess in selecting a product and being able to look at samples in our home. Jess did the measure and provided excellent advice and service in working out what we wanted.
The installer (Junior) was excellent, experienced, hard worker, highly competent, communicated well and did a superb installation.

Sarah was our consultant at Carpet Court Taren Point, NSW, Sarah was very patient with us and give excellent advice in choosing the right flooring for our needs, Sarah also gave us top installers, Jeff and Manny, they were terrific nothing a problem to them and the finished job looks excellent. I highly recommend Sarah at Carpet Court at Taren Point their service was 5 Star.

The flooring is excellent quality and was finished on time and a very professional laying job .
The old carpet was removed and the work site left clean .

Ben from Carpet Court Coffs Harbour was very impressive - patient, very knowledgeable about products and an excellent communicator. My vinyl planks look really good and the installation was top quality.

Carpet Court Philip ACT very bad laying after coming to a floor joint kept on laying so ended up with large gap. Also they didn’t rest the vinyl on site before using as per manufacturer instructions.

Each step of the way with each staff member I dealt with from picking out the product to organising the install was great customer service, including the lovely gentlemen who came to install! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for flooring

A fantastic product and well laid over my old slate floors, which now looks more than 100% better. So i am extremely pleased with the results and highly recommend it . For slate the layers first put a cement solution type slurry across the floor to make it nice and level and then laid the new floor covering plank by plank, too easy really, with no problems at all

The ladies in store were friendly and professional. Summer and Chantele were lovely. The installation team, Brian and Jacob were awesome. They turned up on time ( not too early lol) and did an excellent job! Very professional. I'm loving my new floors. The vinyl looks just like wood but is soft underfoot.
