I recently visited Lake Haven Carpet Court to review suitable flooring for my new home. I received good assistance and advice on the product available. Then someone came to measure up and quotes provided. I went ahead and the installation was very impressive. I found the whole team there to be very professional and reliable which is so important when you have a busy life.

We’d previously replaced the flooring downstairs through CC Lake Haven & they were our first choice when we decided to get rid of the carpet on the upstairs landing & hallway. We took samples home & once we’d made our choice CC arranged installation very quickly. The finished floor is beautiful & the workmanship exemplary. Honestly, the installation is top notch A+++++. We couldn’t be happier & recommend CC Lake Haven to anyone with flooring needs. Their service is excellent & their prices very competitive.

We purchased our new laminate flooring from Carpet Court, Lakehaven and it was installed this week. It looks amazing! The whole process from looking at the products, to ordering it & to installation, was hassle free. The installer was very efficient, arrived on time & very pleasant to deal with. Very satisfied with both the shop floor staff and the carpet layers themselves. All were very professional and a great job on the laying of the carpet. Follow up action by shop staff was very good both during the choosing of the carpet to laying dates and follow up phone calls and emails after the carpet was laid. We selected vinyl flooring. We had great support from Jess in selecting a product and being able to look at samples in our home. Jess did the measure and provided excellent advice and service in working out what we wanted.
The installer (Junior) was excellent, experienced, hard worker, highly competent, communicated well and did a superb installation.

From the moment we walked into the Lakehaven store we received wonderful service. Even the way the store is laid out demonstrates customer care. They have an extensive range of carpet that is well priced. Ben, the consultant who came to measure and quote helped us with advice on how to prep the area for the new carpet as well as helping to raise a sliding door for the carpet to fit under. The laying was also completed with care and consideration. The finished job is very satisfying to us. We highly recommend Carpet Court Lakehaven.

Sarah was our consultant at Carpet Court Taren Point, NSW, Sarah was very patient with us and give excellent advice in choosing the right flooring for our needs, Sarah also gave us top installers, Jeff and Manny, they were terrific nothing a problem to them and the finished job looks excellent. I highly recommend Sarah at Carpet Court at Taren Point their service was 5 Star.

We went Back a Few times with the Samples Gil was most Helpful and told us to take our Time in our Selection. The Carpet Layers were very good and very efficient and did a great job of moving the furniture and cleaning up before Leaving

Purchased new carpet through the Lakehaven store and found the staff to be extremely courteous and we were allowed numerous carpet examples to take home before finally deciding on the right colour.
The measurement and subsequent ordering process was simple.
The installation went very smoothly with all concerned being on time with job finished before midday (4 x bedrooms).
