After the purchase, transaction was made, they gave me regular updates about the status of my order and got it shipped very promptly. The product I received was as advertised, brand new iPhone.
Hoping to purchase another one for Christmas gift.

I order a Mac over a month ago, still have not received it yet. I checked the shipping status as it said that the item is still in pending. However, the last date of the delivery due was a week ago. I emailed the service centre multiple times but they rarely replied. Very terrible experience, Won't ever buy from here again

Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S4 about a year ago, this company supplied 3 units over a period of about 3 months all turned out to be faulty.

Catchdeal is a great seller. They answered my questions quickly and my iphone 8 arrived within a week. Could not be happier, really saved a lot of money and time buying from them. I'd certainly recommend them as well as buy from them in the future.

Do not shop with this company. Faulty misrepresented products! Worst returns system - soooo unnecessarily complicated. Refusal to answer my questions!! Call centre in Indonesia - so hard to communicate with!! If products were quality then would be no need for returns!!!

Bought a New iPhone 7 and faulty in a week time. Was quite frustrated in the beginning as I felt that I have been scammed. I then took the phone to Apple Store to confirm if it is legitimate iphone. Fortunately they did confirm that all is good and Apple will cover the warranty with no problem, a big relief to hear and return my trust back to catch deal again.
