Ordering online for convenience and the courier fails to leave the purchase, requests instructions on next steps; advised to leave at door. STILL waiting. Hopeless. All I wanted was razor blades. Spent more on phone calls chasing where they were.

Discovered $1000 spend on our card by Catch of Mulgrave. Needless to say this was the first we knew about this.
Ages on phone with many stupid questions such as what is your account number and what did you purchase. How would we know !?!?! We are reporting a fraudulent transaction.

One wonders at the ethics of a company that will allow a credit card purchase without proper checks.

Refurbished goods are supposed to be "good as new", this company is a fraud with their refurbished phones, they are all rejects, defunct devices with numerous issues, the first major one being they are not even international model phones so connectivity is beyond poor. shipping is ridiculously slow, never buying from them again and warning others.

I ordered a Macbook air from Catchdeal on Saturday, paid with paypal. I received an email confirming the order and telling me the order has been processed on Monday morning and then i got an email notification that my order was shipped on Monday afternoon.
The Macbook was delivered to my address in Queensland next monday after lunchtime. The product is great, the packing was adequate and the macbook arrived in good condition. Catchdeal appears to be relatively new to the market, which makes one hesitant, but I could not be happier with the level of service. Their prices are incredibly low. I will definitely use them again without hesitation.

I purchase a Samsung Tablet from this company and I was expecting a new unit. Instead I got a refurbished unit from China which played up after a few weeks. They refused a refund and supplied me with another unit which was a refurbished unit ex Germany. This has now gone back for repair and they are sending me another replacement which will be a badly refurbished unit from China again. They only have badly refurbished units from China. Not new units. Do not buy from this company

I received VERY prompt, informative replies to email queries I made about the phone I was thinking of buying. The commitment to pre-sales service convinced me to buy from them and after my phone arrived this morning, I've been very happy with the all aspects of the transaction. Especially speedy delivery. I bought last Thursday and it was here this morning , no complaints to the service. I also love the the ex-demo Samsung S7 edge i purchased from them.
Eventhough the phone come with usb cable only, but it doesn't really matter for me because the quality of the phone and USB cable itself its really good.

I purchase, Iphone 6 128GB from catchdeal. Over all very happy with the transaction. Only problem I had was that there was a week delay because the colour I ordered wasn't in stock, but they gave me the great offer to replace the item.

Bought a new phone for my husband as a Christmas gift. Samsung galaxy S6. But found that we couldn't get mobile data so contacted Catchdeal. We got a very speedy response asking us to check APN setting which we did, made an adjustment and it worked fine. Great service thanks

We bought a phone for our daughter, first got lost in transit, second had a broken LED screen, third was locked by someone else google account, the fourth we received a week ago and still working so fingers crossed. The whole process of buying the phone till now 2 and a half months. They don't have a phone number to contact them on, all the phones come from China.

I ordered Iphone 6s, but i received Iphone 6s plus. When applying for the RMA,they compensated me for the delay and took care of the return shipping.
