I've been a customer since circa 2015. I think they only just started appearing in Australia at that time. Being curious, I bought 1 business shirt just to try. I was pleasantly surprised and delighted by the quality and fit. Since then, I have bought quite a number of business shirts, a couple of polo's, and a pair of casual shorts recently. Delivery is always prompt, and customer service is always consistently good. Recently, I bought a pair of chinos and a pair of shorts. I chose the wrong size, returned them, got the replacement shorts within days. They ran out of the specific chino I ordered, so they simply refunded my money.

I purchase two pure linen short sleeve shirts and I received shirts which are more like a cotton blend. I was then offered a refund which would have ended up costing me for their error. Very disappointing as they claim to be number one in quality.

We bought 6 shirts. They came in 2 seperate deliveries. Since they didn’t fit, we returned them using only 1 return label. We has been waiting since August 2021 to end of February 2022. No refund as yet. We contacted Charles Tyrwhitt more than 10 times, each time to be told to “wait” because the return has not reached their warehouse yet. Today we received an email said they only received 5 shirts in the BOX. Mind you, we returned 6 shirts in a SACHET. Someone is lying here. Shame on you Charles Tyrwhitt! SCAMMER!

Waiting on delivery for 3 months and when I contacted them, they advised goods were not able to be delivered to my office at 1PM on a normal work day about a month ago (which I find hard to believe) and goods left at local post office. I received no notification of this and now waiting for goods to reach them back from post office (as they were not picked up), before they resend order. I am long term customer and not happy that they are not sending replacement shoes immediately as they have had my money for 3 months.

I ordered 5 business shirts from these guys. Arrived quicker than estimate time. Good comm's through process. High quality material and cut. Fits well. I'm recommending to my mates

I did order online from its Australian website. The payment was paid through credit card immediately and confirmation email was received. But the email from its UK office stated the order can not go through and no refund. I had to ring its UK office at UK work hours. There is no response at this stage. I have to report to ACCC.

So i have had perfect shirts, mis sizes sent (trouble free return and refund), shirts on back order because of covid. For whatever reason nthey send them from Londaon- ish and they arrive at my doorstep in sydney within 4 days. Excellent quality all the way around - the online purchase i never worry about.

I ordered 5 shirts with modified sleeve lengths. The web site was very easy to use. I bought sale items but they didn’t have a complete range of sizes, but this is always the case. I received the shirts very promptly considering they were from Great Britain. The order when received was complete and correct and the shirts fitted perfectly. I thought that overall I received very good value for money.

The shirts, underwear and socks I have purchased from CT have all been of the highest quality. The trousers are a disaster - shapeless and shambolic. Can they please be changed?

I have made several purchases online and have been entirely happy with both product and service. Therefore I fail to see what other consumers have experienced. Today I place another online order and then realized I had made a mistake with sizing. I immediately contacted CT via email, and then decided to phone 1800. Excellent service which was then followed up by another call from London to follow through. Bouquets from me!

Without doubt the worst online shopping experience I have encountered. They make you call to confirm before releasing order if “first time customer”, then demand you contact your bank for an authorisation code & threaten to cancel order if you don’t. I have never been more inconvenienced by trying to make an online order; the antithesis of what online shopping was designed for. Steer well clear.

So i got suggested to there site about there shirts.
Overcharged me from $40 to $60 for each of the shirts
When i asked for a refund they said yes and followed with going on about it will be in my account
Followed up after a week for them to say the best they can do is an e voucher for my price which then i had to spend more money to buy from here.
Will not be shopping here again and suggest everyone else don't either.

I bought 3 shirts online form their website. It was delivered from England to Sydney Australia. Out of 3 I kept 1 shirt and 2 thrown out to garbage bin. Quality is sucks its tag say designed in England made in Vietnam. No wonder if I new its produced in Vietnam I would not bought anything. For garments my first choice bangladesh or China they are the best. There is no competition in terms of quality with them.
Regrets wasted $100 on sale

When I initially purchased the jumper for my husband, I was happy with the look, sizing and merino wool feel. However after one wash (done by hand) the neck just fell apart. Very disappointed.

I ordered a suit with matching pants. I received the jacket as ordered, accompanied by a 2nd jacket in a different size with no trousers to be seen.
Unable to exchange and wasted my time with the inconvenience of a return.
