i’m so pleased with getting the amber maxi dress in rose gold. it is so beautiful and looks exactly like the picture shown. the sizing matches the guide and the quality is a 110/100. i was worried if i would get this dress in time and it only took a day and a half to arrive!!! (i live in australia). so so so happy and i’d recommend to anyone.

I bought 3 dresses all very floral and bright. Each dress fit me perfectly!! I’m normally a size 6 but went up to an 8 as I’m 5’11 and things tend to run short and it was perfect! If you are tall I recommend going up a size like it did! They looked EXACTLY like the pictures and I can’t wait to order more dresses from here!!

Chiffon boutique had so many dresses, the range of products was amazing, to the point where I had a huge selection of my favourites! The product that I bought, ‘the karma multi way maxi’ in navy blue was absolutely stunning! I got so many comments about my dress on the night of my formal. It was sexy but elegant which I loved. The material was good quality. Due to my body shape, I did have to get my dress taken up as I’m short, although I am very happy with my purchase !

Honestly for such an affordable cost I bought my formal dress for year 12 and it made me feel so confident and amazing it was such good quality and for ordering online the sizing was definitely accurste, overall for taking a risk buying my formal dress online it really did not disappoint, will definitely be buying more from here for every occasion!!

I have purchased from chiffon boutique for a few years now. Their delivery service is so fast and every dress I have brought has been such amazing quality. The website is very clear and easy to use making shopping so easy.

I accidentally ordered an item in the wrong size and didn’t realise until my shipping notification came through. I emailed the customer service team straight away and they were so helpful and understanding - they were able to switch the sizes before my package was picked up by the couriers and absolutely saved the day! Best service ever!

Bought a ball dress online and when it arrived it was nothing like the photos and the material was terrible and when i emailed asking for a refund chiffon boutique had the nerve to tell me it was one of their best sellers and that everyone didn't have an issue with it, (saying i'm wrong) but it did not look good on me at all and that's the point, i don't care if it looks good on their skinny models. I got store credit but don't think ill even bother using it.
Also terrible at communication via email, got ignored multiple times until I emailed a further couple of times.
Don't waste your time and money on this website. Could get better quality stuff from aliexpress or wish even

I payed for this online. Ended up being a different more wrinkly fabric than I expected, but once it was steamed it was fine. I loved the colour and sizing worked well. Easy to buy and arrived 2/3 days after purchase.

The delivery was very quick for my first and third items that I purchased, however my first item came faulty which I understand can happen and the replacement did take a bit longer than 2 weeks but I can understand that as well. The quality is quite good, probably a bit expensive for what they are but I don’t mind paying a bit extra for a customer friendly website and super fast delivery to Queenstown. I always worry what the sizing is going to be like but I found that it was perfect to my true sizing.
