Just had cavalier bremworth carpet installed and it looks fantastic. The store staff were very good and the layers arrived on time,were very pleasant and did a top job. Excellent result all round.

Replaced worn carpet with vinyl planking . Store Manager Jared has excellent product knowledge with years of industry experience . Product sourced and laid within a week with excellent installation by professionals . Skirting board lifted and reinstalled with planking ending have very beat and tidy finish. Installers even hid telephone wiring with the skirting resulting in an excellent result.

I would like to say a huge thank-you to Nakita at Choices Bundall - Gold Coast. She was nothing but a saint during my stressful renovation process. As I live down in Sydney I put my full trust in her to organise my blinds & flooring, which has been such a successful process. We were constantly sent updated emails along with phone calls, photos etc. I would very highly recommend Nakita & Choices Bundall to all my family & friends.. A huge thank-you again.

Thank you to Matthew & Paul Lambert at Choices in Thomastown. We are so happy with our Karndean vinyl flooring that I find myself just going a gazing at it. It looks amazing and has transformed our rumpus room and laundry. Matthew was so helpful throughout the job - several installation date changes and a change of colour with no problem at all. Even the builder has asked for your card as he was blown away by what a precise job Paul and his assistant have done with the cuts around skirtings & kickers. Bad customer Service. [name removed] receptionist was very rude very nasty. Will never buy from this store again and will never recommend this company. She was nice when we was looking at the carpet, then when we purchased then she was a nasty and unprofessional.

The team at Choices at Bundall are to be congratulated on great service and perfect timing, I had a whole floor apartment on the Gold Coast to be recarpeted, was given carpet delivery date and lay date and all were kept perfectly.....On arrival a instant unexpected problem was discovered all the existing carpet was glued to the underlay which was totally glued to the concrete floor, this created a major problem to remove all the old carpet taking a long time....At no time did the fitters complain they just got on with the job, and the finished product is excellent.....Choices Bundall did not charge extra for this difficult removal which I thought was an excellent gesture

We went to Choice Flooring in Bundall and staff here were very helpful with a lot of information on carpets and could answer our questions. They were professional and assisted us well in choosing our carpet. The carpet was also layed well and when expected.

I went to the Choices Moorabbin store yesterday and could not believe how rude the staff were.
They could not care less about my needs and were very rude.
I will never go there again. They missed out on a big sale.

The customer service was fantastic and they did a very professional job with the installation. Very informative when I was working out what product to choose. Very happy with the end result.

Vynal boards choices own brand, me and my daughter both purchased these boards looked good until the first cold weather and they shrank leaving gaps at the ends up to 8 mm they looked awful they came and tried to fix it but it kept on happening asked again but nothing has eventuated there are plenty others out there with the same issue yet they still sell these to others and they are not cheap ones.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff, prompt service. I love this store and won't shop anywhere else for carpets, flooring, rugs and more. It's so nice to feel like a valued customer.

Just had our flooring done by Choices in Burleigh and the staff were amazing, the nicest store and had the friendliest staff I visited on the street (there were many). Able to find something I loved super easy and there was a little wait for the product but not their fault, the installer was just as nice and he was able to answer any questions I had about the flooring even after the install he was really helpful. Definitely will recommend Choices Burleigh to all my friends and family.

After choosing Choices Flooring due to their promise of a quick turnaround I was very disappointed in
their lack of communication and delivery of promised time frames. Everything was always someone else's fault
and no one took responsibility for my concerns. The installer even mis-measured so didn't have enough carpet and had to re-order more which increased the finalisation of the job by 9 additional days.
I would not recommend this provider to anyone.
