Coffee Capsule Delights (page 3 of 3)
Nespresso compatible capsules
I have tried alot of coffee capsules which promise the world. The only one I found to be perfect in every way is "coffee capsule delights". This compatible capsule has taste and many exciting flavours, which for me makes it perfect. Trust me if you try this you won't go for anything else. I'de like to thank the company "thanks for the amazing coffee and the variety of flavours". Cheers keep it up. :)
Nespresso compatible coffee capsules
Brilliant Coffee. A friend of mine told me about Coffee Capsule Delights. After ordering the capsules they arrived quickly and without fuss. The coffee is brilliant and full of flavour. I am a fussy coffee drinker and was a sceptic. I am a no longer a sceptic. Excellent full flavoured coffee. I highly recommend this company.
Excellent flavoured products
Great flavors!
I read some of the negative reviews here after ordering and tried to cancel, but it was too late, and I'm glad it was! They worked perfectly in my Latissima Plus machine and were very tasty. I tried the caramel and chocolate cream so far. Both were excellent! There are many other "infused" flavors that sound great but they are out of stock and have been for awhile so I wonder what the story is. They also take a while to come since they ship from Australia but its worth the wait!
Flavors and works great in Nespresso machine.
Many flavors out of stock and takes a while to ship.
Not compatible with Nespresso
However, I will not buy them again.i have had the same experience as another reviewer. The capsules collapse in the machine. It appears that the bottom of the "cup" of the capsule is too tough to be pierced by the machine. There are usually three small pin holes made in the bottom of the capsule for the hot water to pass through. with the "CoffeeCapsuleDelights" capsules, the bottom is not pierced but squashed. Very little water comes through.
However, the variety looks promising and the ones that I did manage to convert to a cup of coffee wer...

Delighted with Coffee Capsule Delights
We ordered a few different flavours from their website. The whole process was very easy and delivery was fast. They came well packed and have different foil colours for different flavours. The capsules worked perfectly in our machine, and the flavour of the coffee was excellent. We will be return customers. Coffee capsule delights are a real delight.
Good price, excellent coffee, fast delivery

If you are a Nespresso machine owner stay away from Coffee Capsule Delights
We have owned a Nespresso Pixie coffee machine for about three months and have been very happy with the ease of use of the machine and the good quality of the coffee it makes. However, as all Nespresso machine owners will know, the cost of the coffee capsules is quite high, ranging from 68-83 cents per capsule, plus delivery costs. So when I saw an online ad for Coffee Capsule Delights, a Sydney-based company offering Nespresso-compatible capsules that were supposedly filled with excellent quality coffee, I thought I would give them a try. ...
Read moreAt 59-79 cents per capsule, plus $8.95 delivery, they were only slightly cheaper than the Nespresso capsules, but I liked the idea of supporting an Australian company rather than a giant multinational like Nestle. I purchased a selection of 4 different varieties earlier this week, and was impressed with the speed of delivery - the package arrived at the local Post Office just two days later. The capsules looked a bit different to the Nespresso variety: the front flat section is made of foil similar to the Nespressos, but the back section (the little bucket) is made from some sort of black plastic. This in itself was a little bit worrying, but then I thought that for all I knew plastic would work just as well as foil. Another disturbing feature was the labelling. On the CCD website each coffee variety is shown with its name on the foil cap. However, while each cardboard tube of 10 capsules was labelled with the name of the particular coffee variety, only the foil tops of the 'Decaf' and 'Kenyan' capsules were labelled as such. The 'Sumatran' and 'Indian' varieties had only a generic "Coffee Capsule Delights" foil label, and were therefore indistinguishable once they were taken out of the tubes. This would be a very annoying feature if you wanted to store your capsules outside of the tubes, e.g. in a capsule holder that sits next to the machine. I used some of the Coffee Capsule Delight capsules for the first time last night, and it is hard to describe how I disappointed I am with them. The first two ('Sumatran' variety, supposedly a 10 on the 1 to 10 scale of flavour intensity) produced coffee that was distinctly lacking in flavour compared to the equivalent Nespresso capsules ('Ristretto'), and the volume seemed less than usual. The next capsule used was a Decaf, and this time the volume that went into the cup was obviously less than half what is normally produced. At this point I realised something must be seriously wrong: I opened the capsule collector/drip tray, and found that it was almost full of liquid coffee. When I took the capsules out and had a look at them I was horrified to find that the black plastic 'bucket' sections had been severely deformed - they were badly squashed down on one side. Furthermore, the front foil section of the Decaf capsule had split right apart, and coffee grounds and broken bits of foil were hanging out. I also noticed that the 3 small holes that are seen in the bottom of used Nespresso foil capsules were absent from the plastic capsules. Instead there were numerous small indentations in a circular pattern, as if the machine had been having problems trying to puncture through the plastic wall of the capsule. I then cleaned the machine and tried one of the Nespresso capsules - it worked perfectly, producing a good cup of coffee with no apparent damage to the capsule apart from the usual small puncture holes. At this point I could only be thankful that the CCD capsules had at least not caused any damage to the machine itself. I can only assume that I was sent defective or poor quality capsules. Either these were a bad batch (unlikely because I tried two different varieties), or else this is the usual standard of CCDelight capsules. My advice to any other Nespresso owners who may come across these capsules on the internet and are considering giving them a try is to stay well away from them!ieatwords.com.au has affiliate partnerships. I just wish some of the numerous people who have also had bad experiences about Coffee Capsule Delights would write them up as reviews, with appropriate star ratings. Thanks to a few "excellent" revi...
Read moreews (really??), CCD now has an overall good rating of 3.8 stars, which is very misleading. I would hate to think that other people might see this rating, decide to give them a try and so waste a lot of money (as so many of us have already done).
