Do my main shop here and also. Coles have guaranteed prices, a brilliant range of Indian and Asian foods so I can experiment . Always fresh barramundi, love their deli. Cheese range fantastic and upmarket. I shop at the Northam store which is one of the newer Coles and it has very large aisles so no banging trolleys and easy to find everything.

They refused to refund ice cream after 2 min bought from self checkout . Poor service duty manager does not want to listen and keep saying sorry I can't do .I told them to check camera not even more than 2 min I was still at coles.

My local Coles in Liverpool Westfield it’s just perfect place for grocery shopping. For the past 4-5 months I wasn’t able to find anything when I go shopping after work, however lately the place is always stocked up and very clean regardless what time of the day you go to. I guess they’ve got new management.Well done

It seems for the past month that stock as toilet paper, pasta etc haven't been on the shelves even after 8am in all gawler supermarkets Coles. Totally frustrating for people that are out of town.

Great discounts sometimes on amazing products or on seasonal products. Great incentive to try new products. Better prices than woolworth, i would very much recommend this supermarket to anyone. Thanks.

Coles Kilmore. 1 Disabled car park left. All others have been utilised to provide a spacing for queing for social distancing. Adequate spaces on the other side of the door.

Please ensure you ALWAYS check pricing at this store. I have been overcharged due to incorrect pricing at the terminal and mislabelled pricing on the goods too many times recently.
Coles couldn’t even bother responding to my complaint. I guess I will never be compensated.
Why is it illegal to steal from Coles, but it is ok for them to steal from their customers?
Maybe it’s time to go Aldi?? I am sure that Woolworths are just as bad.
Also, why have prices risen significantly due to Corona? Coles need to drop the nice guy image from their ads. Do you really think your customers are that stupid?

Either they cannot restock shelves due to poor supply or it being broken down into smaller packets to increase profits. I imagine it is not just coles doing this. There is something wrong with the food supply. It too much being exported perhaps also?

Media tell us that coles has a warehouse full of toilpaper,why can't they supply it to regional areas,Forster has not had continues supply for weeks,WHAT IS THE PROBLEM!!!, get the army in there if its a transport problem

I am so disappointed with you Coles. During these hard times you have doubled your prices on everything during the Covid-19 pandemic. Why have the prices increased so much? It is a hard time for everyone, please consider decreasing the prices.

An umprella sold at coles with 24 months warranty was declined to be replaced when it broken by very normal use in one week.

The claim I should send it to manufacture.

Bought this for the two of us last night at Coles Tooronga for a let’s pretend night out. What a disappointment . Certainly yummy taste. However only about three small cubes of chicken between us,hidden among the potato chunks. Didn’t see any bacon either - only essence of bacon. Rapacious at $14.99

Waited 17 days to have a priority delivery from Coles as we are in isolation ..thank God for Woolies who after 48 hours gave us a delivery slot...Coles have let people down especially th ed isolated & elderly...

Walked into Coles Mount Druitt at 0700am today to find Toilet Paper has not been put on shelves.
Elderly People around frustrated - what a waste of time getting in early.

The Supermarkets are part of part of the problem.

I think that coles has dealt with corona virus extremely well considering the pandemic. The staff treat you with respect regardless of being abused and treated horribly by customers all day. The stocks of products are back to "normal" due to the excellent managment.

I have been to this store many times as it is my local supermarket.

The staff have always been polite and helpful. Fresh food is good and overall well stocked store wide.

Occasionally there are some wait times at the ciggie counter and check out but that is the same at every supermarket, it's just a matter of picking your time if you can.

I'll keep coming back while it is this good.

P.S. Ordered online thru the main site and was disappointed. Free shipping for order over $100 so I ordered bigger than I normally (over $150 worth) to avoid the $8 delivery charge, lining up and haulage. They delivered about $80 dollars of the order and still charged for delivery. Won't do that again unless absolutely necessary.

I was up shopping at Coles and one of their staff members (looked like a boss) came out of a staff room and coughed into my face. They didn't even both trying to cover their cough. This is during the covid pandemic, so you'd think people wouldn't be purposefully coughing on others.
