Why are toilet rolls still being sold in blocks of 32 rolls. Sizes of 8 or 10 may give everyone a chance to have some. I went to your randwick store. By the time the elderly went through the shop 7am to 8am they cleared it out again. Maybe 30 mins would be better. We also ended up buying a lot of our shopping also at harris farm while we waited until we could get into coles. These arrangements are bad for your business. Thank you for your time. Darryl.

The 4 coles stores near my place has plenty of stock i buy them all the time. so maybe its just a store thing if something is not selling the store wont stock it try another store

Why is Mundaring WA Coles Store not reducing cooked chickens cooked past 4 hour the food safety standards rule? Instead the Check out staff attempt to steal chickens back off customer and refuse the sale, stating that they cannot sell to me, chicken only good for shredding!? Lol. Thats STILL for HUMAN CONSUMPTION. Manager Geoff Doesn't think returning phone calls re this rude customer complaint is Important, after a week later, upon driving back to the store to ask him directly why no call from him. Poor Management. Poor customer service. Ignorant attitudes to customer concerns, I had to chase up a raincheck on figi water coles didn't have that both Lorna, and Geoff was following up. Again 7 days no call. Not Interested at all.

Wondering if anyone else has been charged for redeeming their Coles containers despite still having container credits to use. I just redeemed credits for a container worth x amount of credits and it scanned as a $16 container but I only got credit for $15.20 so paid 80 cents for it. Minimal I know but I thought they were free

Went to Bacchus Marsh Coles yesterday and bought 2 of your Coles reusable bags. Was surprised that the check out girl just slid all the groceries down the bench and I had to pack my own shopping. No explanation from the girl. I looked at other registers and others were doing the same. Is this a new thing at Coles?

Why am I told that my 38 fresh food container points are useless now. The promotion has not finished and they still have signs all over the store.. My latest docket show how many points I have but can’t use them as they have all sold out. False advertising!

call and make a complaint or go to Fair Trading
the logical thing to do is ask the store manager & all he/or she has to say is we have not had time to take them down. Then they will take them down & there is then nothing anyone can do about it.
I did ask and was told by a senior staff member. I appears that that staff member was ill informed as today there were containers and the story now was the staff had not bothered to unpack the boxes. Problem solved.

Why on earth has Coles discontinued supply of Maharajah's Choice Ready to Eat Meals? This is a product even Indian people turn to for a quick substitute. It is a genuine product. Now Coles has replaced it with (I'm sorry about this) but their own cheap gluey sauce (nothing else I could detect there) which is unpalatable, and a Masterfoods overpriced version of the same. This was one thing that kept me coming into Coles to do my shopping. It is becoming more and more common with Coles, replacing good quality food with their own nasty version of the same. I'll pay the extra somewhere else, thanks.

Maggie i feel for you as we too liked these quick and easy meals. If you have a Aldi close it does a lovely butter chicken and Woolies has some nice meals too (not their own brand)
It was not coles decision the company who makes & distributes the maharajahs products pulled the products from coles They are now sold in independent grocery stores. so Coles had to replace it with something else so why not sell their own brand.
