I see it is recommended to use a small, soft toothbrush, presumably {IMO} so the paste is smeared onto the teeth, which makes sense to me. Am I right or wrong. Should I stop using my electric Toothbrush when using this product?? as it appears to be flinging the paste willy nilly.

Not sure if there is any proof, but so far appears to be working very well. Would hope that Colgate would be able to substantiate any claims made with empirical evidence-
My dentist says it works, so I am trying it out. Henry

If you read the instructions on the pack it says to not rinse your mouth after you have brushed your teeth for 30 min, so how does the flouride get threw the enamel of your teeth, it can't it would just get into your gums, it would take along time to leach into the roots and up the middle of our teeth. They recommend this toothpaste for the elderly l honestly don't think they could manage doing what is required,
