Yeah Jim, you can buy it in Woolies so I'd say it's 100% safe. Not as good as a kale shake in a vitamix though : ) I'd say it's a good way to show them how to drink socially without consuming excessive alcohol. (which can lead to health problems in later life, ie damaged liver) Probably shows a good example if you drink it too. Merry Xmass
