I find it strange that after paying $60.00 for membership, Costco has the nerve to charge for parking after 2 hours. how can a person take a leisurely shop and maybe take in a few snacks in the food section and get out in 2 hours. Parking should be free.

Not impressed at all
So I joined Costco Perth a few weeks ago and have visited 3 times. I am not impressed by the range of products across all areas, especially basic food items, not a legume, bean or lentil in sight apart from Baked Beans. But the thing that has upset me the most and leaves me planning to go and ask to get my membership refunded is that we are living in a Worldwide Pandemic and I am being forced to go up to a woman standing at the door to show her my receipt, mark it with a highlighter (hmm figure why why) to leave the store. to and she said she had to mark the receipt which involved her touching the receipt with hands that have touched all the other customer receipts thus being a risk of contact spread, not to mention I have to go up to her within 1.5 metre social distancing for her to put her official highlighter mark on my receipt. Well I honestly am disturbed by the total lack of logic. I could not have actually left the store unless I walked through the registers and yes paid for the products. I object and am left with no other opinion of the American company other than that they enjoy spreading Covid 19 to staff and customers due to irrational and illegal distancing practices. Next step is I will contact the Australian Govt to report this breach of legislation. Take that Costco.
