After one night sleep I knew Id made a mistake. Im a side sleep and would be woken up every time I tried to roll over, as I was stuck in a ditch. Tried to ring after two weeks to return the bed, was told I had to email. Now their number is disconnected, their website is shut down and their Facebook account shut down. Expensive lesson learnt.

Delivery quick. Slept on for only three nights as my back near killed me. Mattress sunk badly and I only weigh 48kg. Have been ringing phone no as website closed down. How can I ever return this now.

Horrible mattress! Sagging in middle after 6 months. Flipped the mattress upside last night to see it had mould growing on it.

Mattress is on a proper base and all and has had a mattress protector and been rotated regularly. Customer service is non existent and the customer service manager is the rudest most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with.

Rubbish cheap product from China

I feel that if I did not suffer with a chronic sacral/pelvic injury/pain then I would have been able to enjoy this mattress a lot more, unfortunately I believe it was not helping my type of injury and I have had to move onto a different style of mattress to try.

The cozybed mattress is so supportive on my back and helps to much relieve the ache I always get in my lower back and ensures that I really do get the beauty sleep I need. From the minute you lay down it honestly is the most relaxing feeling after a long day. My back has never felt better and I am so happy I ordered the cozybed over the other brands. I have had my mattress for around about 6 months now and I love that it doesn’t lose its shape and I can take the mattress protector off to wash it if I want. Super impressed with my purchase and would highly recommend to someone suffering with back pain like myself.

This mattress has served my husband and I really well! My husband is a shift worker and we've always struggled when he gets back or gets into bed. This mattress has solved our problems! Plus, this mattress has been great for our backs which for a mattress is extremely hard to find. A lot of the mattresses who got overtime were uncomfortable overtime but we've had our cozybed for over 12 months and we haven't looked back!!

So the risk free trial won me over and i was surprised how comfortable the mattress was, we kept it and were very happy!
After 6ish months we started to notice a mattress wasnt as comfy and starting to sag, even with regular turning of the mattress id seem to slump into one spot..
After i messaged the company with the complaint they said they will only cover it under manufacturer warranty if the dint/sag is larger that 2.5cm.. Umm since its only felt when lying on and not visable when looking at it..it will never be covered!
Now we have owned it for 16 months and its the worst mattress ive ever slept on, waking up with aches and pains!
Would not recommend Cozybed at all!
Unless you want to buy a new mattress every year!

started off very much a skeptic about purchasing a matt in a box - but this mattress is none like the others my partner and I have had. From point go we loved it, from opening it to sleeping every night on it. My partner has problems with her lower back and wow this matt has helped her a lot. believe it this matt is one of the best matts we've tried and its a fraction of the cost of those luxury high enders.

Comfy and supportive mattress. Still looks (and feels!) brand new after about 3 months of use.
No movement or “dip” whatsoever when sleeping with someone alongside you. Recommended!

The cozybed mattress has helped with my back pain so much thanks cozy for creating a mattress which is actually supportive and helps people with back pains like me :)) great investment and will not be looking back.

Initially I had a great experience with this mattress - fast delivery and it was comfortable.

After 5 months (just after the 100 day return period) the part of the mattress where I sleep is sagging and I'm sleeping in a valley created by the weight of my own body.

I've just finished reading up on the ASIC website about refunds and it appears that if an item does not live up to reasonable expectations, it can be returned for a full refund regardless of any warranty offered by the manufacturer.

I will be insisting on a full refund. Cozybed are unable by law to refuse.

So we got this single cozybed mattress for our kid. The box came in not fully closed, but stickytaped on top with the mattress protruding from it. Possibly a second hand mattress after someone tried it and returned. We took it out and noticed a small tear on the mattress cover and a small black smudge. Then I looked what's under the mattress cover and saw foam edges falling off at a few places. On top of this my child tried it and did not feel comfortable and felt hot. If you put your palm on the surface it warms up instantly. Anyway, sent them the photos, said I wasn't happy and want to return asap. The response was : must wait for 30 days before I could return. Wouldn't buy from them again.

Easy delivery and so far so good. I like that there is a cover you can remove to wash and 15 year warranty gives peace of mind. Customer service was also good.

I have a low base bed and the mattress sits a little low. It's extremely comfortable. I'm a heavy man and it sits a little soft for me, but for most it would be perfect. I do get a free pillow to write this review but it hasn't influenced me in any way just incentivised me to write a review.

This is a very durable and high quality mattress, but is quite firm. I like firm mattresses but my partner prefers a softer mattress. We will trial the mattress a bit longer to see if my partner ends up getting used to the firmness.

Purchasing process was simple, easy, and efficient. At first we were thinking of getting a Koala mattress but Cozybed ended up working better cost-wise so we decided to give it a shot. It took maybe about a week to get used to the bed - at first it felt too soft but after sleeping on it for a while, my body got used to it and it's now the optimal level of firmness. Both my partner and I have been enjoying it so far and have been getting great sleep - waking up and feeling well rested (and that's a feat considering my partner moves around a lot in his sleep).

Delivery was quick and efficient. It comes in a box which is easily transported and unpacked in the bedroom.
I find the mattress to be quite comfy however it can get pretty warm especially towards warmer months.
