Hi, we purchased an electric cement mixer recently from Crazy Sales. We were only able to use it for about 2 hours and it suddenly stopped working. Does this happen often? It was quite pricy and I'm disappointed that is has stopped working. What are your recommendations please, this was only purchased this year. Is there a refund or warranty available, how can you assist please. Thanks

Hi Barbara,

I would definitely start by contacting Crazy Sales direct. I believe that they are more an umbrella organisation through which manufacturers sell their products.
Start politely, as this is usually the best way!
Explain what has happened and ask what they can do to help.
Based on my experience, they should respond positively. Let me know how you go please.

I recently purchased a gazebo with sidewalls and sand bags. This all arrived in a box and no carry bag to cart it all around? For that price you would think it would come with a carry bag.

Just bought a gaming chair from crazysales however I only just read the reviews about the website and now I’m honestly scared that something will go wrong with my order and apparently the customer service isn’t too great either. The order hasn’t been processed yet though, so how long will it take for the order to be processed? I’m giving this website the benefit of the doubt so please do not disappoint.

Not sure what reviews you have read, but honestly there's no need to be stressing out. Crazysales are a honest company and Customer service are excellent too.
I have been a long standing customer for many years and everything I have ordered has always arrived.
When you log on to the Crazysales site you can check your order status.
I live interstate from Crazysales and have found they are actually quite fast with there deliveries. Every delivery guy that has been to my door has always been very polite too and always took care delivering it to my door.
Once your order is sent expect it to arrive within 2 - 5 days later. Honestly got no fault on my end how this company functions.

I bought item but I did not get purchase confirmation so I'm tried to purchase again so got confirmation but later when I checked payment went twice so I contacted next business day but sent them email straight away to cancel one of the order but the lady who I talked to was very difficult to understand and also she said they can't cancel the order as it under process now. Even though the order is not being dispatched they can't stop it's I will get the order than I hav to send it back though it's a really bulky item. And they won't call me on any update I have to call them. Really disappointed with the response.

They refunded the damaged item, bit 3 weeks later and only after posting my review cos I was fed up theybfinslly replied about the other order with the holes missing on drawers for the rails to go on. Apparently they are going to resend the drawers with holes in them and offer me a $15 refund. We will see what happens from there, been going on for over a month now. I don't recommend them at all.

Hi, Ive been trying to call and send emails for the past week. Its been two weeks since Ive made a purchase on a cat tree and I have still not received the item yet. I got an email on the 4th of December stating that my order has been shipped. I expected to have the item by Friday the 13th Atleast! The ice maker we have just received does not work. You have not provided a phone number to call where we can actually talk to someone other then a robot saying over and over to dial an extension. All orders take time to process Shelley. If you email them i am sure they will back to you with a date. Sometimes there is an overload of orders and it takes a little more time.. You will recieve your order but its usually within 10 days. Hope this helps you.
