Faulty Design and Shocking Customer Service
I ordered a wine rack for $149, it could not be assembled owing to faulty design. I was asked to pay $28 plus restocking charges of $40 if I were to return the goods as it was my fault not to be assemble the product. Customer service was shocking and did not want to know the real problem.

Bought a mattress. Sent invoice and courier tracking number. Delivery Day came and passed. No mattress. Called crazysales. Useless. No Idea. Nobody knew where it was. Its not the call centres fault just a cheap business. Do yourself the favour...just give them a miss and save yourself time, patience and money. mer complaints passed your frontline CSR operators when obviously based on personal experience and reviews, Crazysales has issues, you just do not deserve peoples business. When customers can get more done themselves in 10 minutes and a phone call to a courier company, to locate the issue with lack of delivery than your company can in 24 hours, there is a problem. When you cannot tell a customer where the item is they have purchased, you have a problem. When you cannot commit to getting a replacement item to the customer ASAP after the date their original item that they purchased was meant to arrive and did not and you cannot locate it, you have a problem. When everytime you call the standard response on an ETA to get an answer is 24hours, you have a problem. If the problem is a courier company and you choose to continue to use them and this impacts your customers and your sales, and you accept this, you have a problem. And all of these things you could not care less about hence you lost my business and hopefully this serves as a WARNING, to anyone seeking to purchase from you, to just AVOID CRAZYSALES. And for Y'all out there, I got a refund! Phew!! Update as of the 8th of April. The Mattress showed Up! After already processing a refund and Crazysales having no clue as to what was happening! Don't worry crazysales, we rejected delivery as we went and purchased a mattress from a reputable company that know how to run and conduct a business!!! Wrong product sent
I ordered a cement mixer and got a massage chair. They dont reply to most of my emails and then dont acknowledge my main concerns. They wont send me my cement mixer, or my money back so I can buy another one, until they get back the chair. Toll who are supposed to pick up the chair have been unhelpful, "sorry the person you are dealing with you matter is on lunch in the Phillipines" she will ring you back - she didn't - their message now says they are closed on weekends. Its been 10 days now. I just want my cement mixer or money to buy another one.

I was nervous but it worked out Ok
I was apprehensive about ordering from Crazy Sales. It is often easy to end up with poor quality items from these discount Online outlets.
The Garden Southern Cross style Windmill we ordered took a while to come and had one too many pieces of one item and one short of another. When I contacted CS they appeared helpful and we ended up receiving an entire replacement Windmill. So, I can only say that my experience with them was positive and the Windmill itself is great. As far as I can see, the items are sourced from third parties and that may account for the variations in quality which some of your reviewers have experienced.

Caution when ordering my not suit all needs
The product is as expected
The quality is not quite as good
It required adaptors to fit on wall outlets ( an added expense)
It now works well in the vanity.
All in all well worth the money spent

Good service but slower shipping
Despite a number of other negative reviews, I had a good experience with this company. I bought a playpen for our bubba. I first ordered one product and then a few minutes later I saw one that I preferred. I was able to able to cancel the first order myself online and reorder my preferred item. On the downside I did have to get in touch to prompt them to process the refund for the first item and shipping did take over a week.

Never shopping here again
I purchased a slide and swing set for my 2 year old daughters birthday. My delivery was missing a box, I made over 15 calls and sent numerous emails to simply chase this up, they kept telling my they would chase this up and call me back, no one calls me back, no one replies to my emails. I paid over $300 for this set and over $100 for shipping. Dealing with This company was an absolute joke. I will never ever shop here again, and oh, I still haven't received the missing box!

It's not exactly as advertised
Purchased a large dog grooming table recently. The measurements were not quite as big as shown on the website, and the quality is just "okay". Didn't return the table as the cost of shipping would have been too much.

I bought a travel steamer for my son in Melbourne. When he opened the package to use it the steamer did not work. I sent the invoice to him and he contacted crazy sales who said take it up with the brand company. Extremely poor service and completely una ceptable

Exceptionally disappointing
unable to cancel order before despatch and weblink took me to incorrect product and $80 more expensive.

Crazy sales for shoddy product and slow customer service
I had bought a water pressure gun which was a copy of Katcher. I did not look close enough for the name . This machine went bust after less than 10 time of domestic use. I thus asked for a refund. Product Misinformation.
I ordered a MAXKON in-wall oven from the company and, before I confirmed my order, I inquired about whether the unit had a digital 24 hour clock installed in addition to the timer. A gentleman from the company telephoned me and I was assured by him that the unit did have a clock and a timer. When I received the unit, there was no clock. I have been corresponding with the company for weeks but the customer representative - a lady named Marion - seems to be a stranger to the English language because she obviously cannot comprehend the depth of my complaint. Be very careful in any dealings with this outlet.

I would definitely start by contacting Crazy Sales direct. I believe that they are more an umbrella organisation through which manufacturers sell their products.
Start politely, as this is usually the best way!
Explain what has happened and ask what they can do to help.
