ALDI Crofton Non-Stick

Aagghh..after noting the knockers of this product ie;the Saute pan I can't help wondering what temperature they are setting the pan at? because my 24cm SAUTE Pan is amazing .I got it from ALDI for $19.95 and I was guarded in my purchase...mainly due to all the adverse comments/reviews ..I didn't need to worry however because it has just completed its first meal ...Osso Bucco ...and I can honestly say it is the best SAUTE Pan I ever have had. .. ps...and I have a Le Crueset saute pan !!!

14" Wok. Got this at Aldi. Non-stick coating started coming off after first use, now it degrades with every concurrent use. Have never used metal utensils on it, only plastic. Rusting where the coating came off. Do not buy.

After 6 or so times using this pan the food started to stick to it badly therefore having to soak the pan to get off . Used it once more, same thing and now it’s in the bin. Useless. Previous pan lasted years and only bought this for the price. Avoid if ever on special

My Aldi frying pan lasted about four months before the "non-stick" surface turned into a everything-stick surface and became uncleanable. Had to throw it out. Very disappointing from Aldi and a total waste of money.

As you can see, the non-stick coat started to come off very quickly, on about the 5th use. The pan has been sitting in the cupboard avoiding use in for a number of months now. Unfortunately it has been disappointing.

Got a couple of hard anodised saucepans from Aldi.
Good looking pans with glass lids and stainless steal handles, to replace my 11 year old telfon ones.
Aldi pans we $20 each and my old set of 3 cost me $220
Aldi ones are a clear winner, better heat, stronger design and better looking.
Well worth the $20!

Bought from ALDI just over two months ago. After a couple of uses using wooden utensils as with my other pans, there are already long big scratches on the non-stick layer exposing the metal underneath!
Otherwise it works okay without needing to use high heat or much oil. Easy to clean.
Sadly, don't have the receipt anymore so cannot bring back to the store for refund. Poor quality.

It's my most expensive pan ($20?)to date as I usually pay below $10 as I regularly throw them out once the non stick starts peeling.
Surprisingly the non-stick is amazing. Best I've ever bought or tried. As a result, I'm using even less cooking oil than usual. It's incredible for cooking crispy wrappings of Yaki-gyoza, just like the restaurants in Japan.
Insane value for money. Kudos to Aldi!!

I bought crofton 28cm frypan from Aldi.this product does not carry any warranty after 60 days with receipt.I used only 5 times hairline type black lines appeared.i returned my local Aldi they dont want to know you.I am not happy with this product and ALDI at all.they said to me check your receipt's bottom lines if there is a warranty.it should carry at least 1 year warranty in my opinion.

The best frypan I've had with the glass lid that can rest vertically on the side of the pan, and the removable handle makes it easy to fit into the sink, too. I have searched for the opportunity to buy another as my husband overheated it (for a steak) and the base is buckled providing uneven heating now. Where? Where or when will Aldi restock this specific 'Gisele' 28cm induction frypan?

Nothing against aldi in this sense, but if its got a non stick coating its toxic. Sure they stopped using PFOA in teflon, but the new chemical are just as bad, they just havent been researched and busted like c8 has been.
Do yourself a favour, dont risk your health buy a good stainless or steel pan, learn how to cook without nonstick. Especially if you cook on high heat.

These are excellent frying pans and as good as if not better than my other really expensive ones. Can’t see why you’d spend the money on the others which have lost their non stick despite me never using spray oil.

I really like Crofton non stick frypans. I am writing this to comment on the stickers put in the non stick pan. Please you have all the information required on the packaging so leave off the sticker on the actual pan. It required boiling water and a lot of gentle scratching with fingers to get it off.
Totally not necessarily, otherwise very happy with these pans.

The pan I have is a little heavy but it means the base is exactly what you need to create all sorts if dishes. The handles stay nice and cool so I haven’t burnt myself yet.
Also nice and easy to clean.

This fry pan is very light and the handle doesn't get hot. I would love to purchase another for my son . Will it be available for purchase in Aldi again soon .
