Crown Relocations NSW, Smithfield

2 Bedroom Apartment plus a Study to be moved from Sydney to Adelaide - it wasn't international and they still have messed up majority of my high value items. I was told they have adequate capacity to move my apartment and that I should be assured about my high value items.

We moved interstate (3 hours away) with 2/3rds of a 5 bedroom home. We chose Crown Relocation despite their much higher quote, due to assurances they were reliable. We were told multiple trucks were always available in case of problems.
We have been in our new home for over 3 weeks and are still awaiting the last of our belongings. They damaged items and continue to change dates for delivery.

We moved from London back to Sydney. Our relocation was in two parts: household items/furniture sponsored by my employer and car move privately. The first part went without a hitch. The Crown team arrived to our apartment in London in time, packed up everything quickly. They were similarly efficient in Sydney - everything was unloaded and unpacked in schedule, nothing broken or missing. They came again later to pick up empty boxes.

I am a frequent intercontinental mover (due to my work). This was my 3rd move with Crown between the UK and Australia. We moved from Southampton to Armidale (Australia) in January 2018. Previous 2 move (2011 and 2014) were fine but the service for this 3rd move was disappointing. Very poor delivery service.
Staff were rude, unhelpful. I had to fight with them to put the fridge in the fridge space.
Strategically placed boxes in front of cupboards and storage areas so they could argue there was nowhere to unpack the contents.
We were advised a container of our size would take from 9-5 to unpack. They arrived at 8.30 and left before 12noon.

We moved from Singapore to Sydney. The crew in Singapore were fantastic - a team of 9 or 10 packed beautifully and looked after all concerns.
The delivery team in Sydney were appalling. Only 2 were present despite asking the coordinator several times for more during the day, as we knew they would not be able to complete on their own. The main guy was extremely rude to me and my wife throughout the day, making it an entirely unpleasant experience.
