The best heater that I ever had yet!

published

I bought this heater from Harvey Norman a few months ago and just recently used it. The unit heated up my room in 15-20 mins and it’s continue to heated for more than 8 hours. Even it’s operated through long hours but it’s not overheated like the other heaters. I’m very satisfied with this product due to it’s maintain the temperature that I set for.

Purchased in October 2021 at Harvey Norman for A$300.00.

I too find the timer function restrictive. It would be perfect for me to have it running in the kitchen for two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening as an example. I have tried to plug a timer into the socket and set the time for on an off that way, did not work. Now I will set it on 19 degrees and have it run all the time, not too happy with that. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The "Burning In" smell should go away. Its important to turn both the thermostat and power settings to max. Put a half a bucket of water next to it and make sure you have some free flow of air when doing this. Preferabltly open door or window close to the radiator.
Also make sure you have removed all the packaging.
Mine is working fine with no smell at high or low settings. Took just over 2 hours at max to burn off...
Another important note is that if you have a dusty house the dust that settlern on the radiator and in the columns will burn off at high settings. Just use a vacuum cleaner on it to remove the dust every now and then...
