Hello, we recently purchased this coffee machine and in the process of setting up we selected german by mistake and now cant work out how to proceed. Can you resent without going through the menu? Thanks!!

Why does my Eletta keep saying to add beans when it is full? then if I stir the beans

I have the eletta cappuccino top and would like an alternative steam wand which is longer than the standard one to froth from lower in the jug. Is there another one which will fit? Thanks

Just purchased a Delong I cappuccino and it displaying insert water spout and completed step by step instructions ?

MY De'Longhi Eletta Cappuccino ECAM 45.760 Coffee Machine menu is no longer working after I went through a descale process. I can make a short or long coffee! But the Latte, Flat White or Milk Menu's are not working! Any idea why or what to do?

I have an Eletta Plus that will not make coffee. the machine heats up, produces steam and will grind the coffee fine but no coffee comes out of the spouts. If I use the rinse function first it will occasionally produce a small amount of coffee but the the usual volume.

I have removed and disassembled the infuser, cleaned it thoroughly and put it back but that has made no difference. the issue is that hot water is not reaching the coffee - most of the time the grinds are being pushed into the hopper completely dry. The machine is approx. 30 months old, I replace the filter regularly, have descaled it a number of times and live in a soft water area - please can you advise?

I am having issues with my milk option. I press the milk button then ok which shows the message milk preperation underway and it does not go any further. I have tried turning it off and back on and also turning off by the power point aswell. Any ideas on how to fix it.

Hi my Delonghi Eletta cappuccino machine has just started to have water going all over my bench whenever I make a coffee. It’s been descaled and cleaned I don’t know what’s causing this. It’s about 2 years old

I have had my machine for 7 years. But lateley, the descale rinse cycle will not end. It keeps asking to fill tank even after 5 tanks. Why? And why would the pump run dry befire asking to refill? It clatters like it is going to explode!

It is excellent but is now asking to be descaled
We did not receive a water spout in the pack. We tried to buy one, but the one sent doesn't have the correct fitting to attach. Tried to source online but only bringing up the same part which doesn't fit.

Please let us know where to access the correct part?

Hello, my eletta machine drops the pre-ground coffee without making a a coffee for me therefore wasting the whole scoop. Any idea what the issue is. I follow the exact instructions when making it

1. Press the aroma button (its the one with the little coffee beans on it) repeatedly until “Preground” is displayed.
2. Open the lid on the bean container; then open the lid on
the pre-ground coffee funnel and lift it up. (its critical that the coffee is put in before the button is pressed as the brewing unit is in the correct position at this stage)
3. Make sure the funnel is not blocked, then add one level
measure of pre-ground coffee.
4. Place a cup under the coffee spouts.
5. Press the 1 cup button .
6. Preparation begins. The amount of coffee selected is displayed together with a progress bar which gradually fills.

Our Delonghi Eletta is displaying the "insert tank" error message when the tank is inserted. Works for a few seconds when the tank is held in by hand but then displays the error message again. Is anyone able to advise? (Is it likely to be a damaged part, and if so, where can we get a replacement part?) Thanks!

Hi. My machine is 1 year old. When i prepare milk based drinks the milk comes out cold and the whole drink comes out cold as well. I adjusted the temperature level to the max and it is still cold. Any ideas?

Have had the eletta capachino top for 2/3 years and have loved it but it has recently stopped pumping milk/froth. I tried the steam but can't get that either it sounds like it's building up to deliver like normal but nothing comes

Hello, today my machine asked for a descale, which I have performed many times in the past. After the descale, the machine displayed msg “heating up, please wait” after 10 mins it says “ General Alarm” no buttons work except the power on/off. Is the machine stuffed? Machine is only about 12 months old

Hi, I brought the machine last month. Sometimes it is really quite difficult to remove the hot water spout to replace with the milk dispenser or vice-versa. I have to pull it so hard that I have to hold the machine steady to stop it moving. It feels like I could damage it if I have to keep pulling so hard. Is this normal or should it be easy!? Sometimes some water comes out when I pull it off so I'm thinking maybe it has a bit of air pressure in there that you are fighting against.

Hi, I have a Delonghi Eletta Plus. Since last week, when I prepare coffee, and the machine is making its usual bean grinding noise, and just before the coffee is dispensed, there is water coming out of the water spout. I have never ever used the spout and not sure why it has decided to come alive. Thanks if you can give me pointers to solve this nuisance.

My Coffee Machine still working but the Milk Frother Stopped working and only Steam coming out, Do I need to change the Two O-Rings?
