It was good for a few months. Loving it but as it hits 8th months it started leaking so have to send back to nespresso to repair. Lucky it's still under warranty so its free. The customer service provided was great! Turn around time for the repair is about a week and a loan machine was provided too.

We've only ever had one coffee machine so we couldn't really compare but by itself, since using it for almost two years now (although we only use it during weekends), we're quite happy with the coffee it churns out every weekend. We still prefer barista-brewed coffee, but this gets us very close for a quarter of the money spent. In fact, it's better than some not-so-good barista made coffee out there! Nevertheless, the aerocino (milk frother) did not last as long. Although it still does warm up the milk, some burnt marks always remain at the bottom of the cannister and this apparently is quite a common problem from what we hear from our friends.

Very happy with this nespresso machine I purchased from Harvey Norman, makes almost perfect coffee. Price reasonable, only issue is it makes a minor high pitched sound when not in use. Easy to refill and clean. I use a separate Breville milk frother which is awesome. Highly recommend this coffee machine.
