I love my aeroccino and nespresso, its my second aeroccino now for some reason my husband after washing he put it in the wrong socket (nespresso) so the electric was damaged and i rang nespresso and they offered $20 discount (being out of warranty). so we paid only $70 for the aeroccino, My daughter grew up having babyciccno every weekend, we use the nespresso at least 4 times aweek.

Easy to use, quick and convenient. Pods are dear, but still worth the while. Have had mine for 5 years and has worked well. Only tyre frother died within 13 months (right after warranty) and was not worth repairing. We continued using it without the frother, just heated the milk in the microwave before making the coffee.. still good! Would highly recommend it!

easy to use, doesnt take up much space, quiet, makes a perfect cup of coffee every single time, pods are very affordable and always very quick on delivery, very eady machine to keep clean and would recommend one to anyone anyday. i successfully managed to convert a few ppl to the Nespresso coffee machines

Great machine and very user friendly. Combined with the milk frother is very convenient to use and great for the mornings. Had no difficulties cleaning machine, thorough instructions provided. However, taste of coffee was disappointing. Pods are simply not as high quality and roast and ground coffee from a manual machine which is a shame. Great for beginners, not for the coffee enthusiast.

I use this machine every day and it makes awesome coffee.the only thing that I don’t like with Nespresso machines is that the capsules can get stuck inside and then you end up having to chuck them away and the capsules are kind of costly so something to take into consideration when purchasing

Nespresso has the huge benefit of capsule coffees. Its easy to maintain, buy and most importantly its quality is constant. So far my experience with this machine has been amazing as it's really easy to use, and heaps of coffee pods to choose from. Even every nespresso shops that I've visited has been great the staff are really attentive and answers all the question you've got. This coffee machine is a must for anyone who's after convenience, value and taste

We have had our machine for 4 years now and have made many many delcious coffees with it! I had the aeroccino milk frother replaced just before 2 year warranty ran out because the non stick coating was no longer working but since receiving my new milk frother we have been careful not to clean it with abrasive scourers and it's held up really well! Very happy with this product

Good coffee. Machine easy to use - drop pod in close lever and it's coffee time. Easy to clean remove two draws and descale when needed. Currently using re usable stainless steel pods - which work well with this machine. Happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend to others.

The machine is easy to use and easy to clean. The coffee tastes good (not as good as the espresso coffee from the proper coffee machine that uses freshly ground coffee beans though). The coffee machine itself is durable, I have been using it for couple of years already. But its frothier starts to be annoying after a few months of using. The mixer part of the frothier detaches whilst the frothier is on, then it automatically shuts down, so you have to dip your fingers in the milk and pick the mixer up and re-attach to the frothier and turn it on again. If you will replace the frothier it will cost you around $100. I saw a cheaper frothier from Aldi, its only $39.

The capsule coffee machine saved my disaster morning! It’s user friendly, and ease to clean compared to full espresso machine! Good for anyone that cup of coffee wakes you up in the morning & not mention saves you time queuing in the coffee shop and loads of pocket coins (that’s easily $1000 p.a).

Purchased this product a few years back and have used it every week since. Fast, easy to use machine that delivers cafe quality coffee everytime. Clean up is not a hassle.. just make sure you descale the machine once in a while to avoid that bitter aftertaste. Nespresso pods are not cheap.. but for the quality of the coffee, it's worth it

I bought this for my husband with no regret. He loves his coffee, easy and quick to prepare. Not as good as grinding one but it's till good for him. Lots of varieties to choose from, even got the milk frother attachment to it. It'll make your coffee looks fancier. Save you lots of money from buying coffee everyday.

It’s a great compact coffee machine, that is very easy to use and keep clean. The coffee also tastes great using easy to use pods from the nespresso store and is also compatible with other generic pods which can be purchased from the supermarket. I highly recommend this machine to everyone.

I especially love how the milk frother froths the milk. When I add it to my coffee it becomes insanely good and it just goes down so easily. The pods are super cheap and it has saved me a lot of money since I don't go out to cafes to order coffees.

Got special from david jones and credit from nespresso, really convenient and good taste especially the decaf for breastfeeding. It is such an good small appliance at home and get a coffee whenever needed, no need to go out for a coffee and only need to buy the pods for different flavour

love it, easy to use. We bought a cheaper nespresso machine for office (Breville brand) and its just isn't as good as the original delonghi nespresso machine. wish i'd replaced it with the same as i had. this never sticks, never has water issues. easy to use, always consistent good coffee

I love coffee this is an awesome machine perfect coffee every time the milk heating cup works well make sure to give it a good clean after every use as it can get a bit smelly at times, make sure to occasionally clean the inside of the machine as cover can spill out the side

When I first bought this product I would have given it a 5 star rating. Once the product reach 2 years old, it started leaking into pod catchment tray. I descalled regularly, and took care of my machine. I'm not the only who has this issue with this model. In my opinion I think this a design fault. Stay away from this model.
