Very poor

published

I expected a lot more. After three applications a very mild heat. Tried Deep Heat first - no heat at all! The opposite - deep cold!
Used heat rubs often 20 years ago - much better then. Seems all these products have deteriorated over time. Cynical, but as price goes up quality goes down. Won't buy any of these again.

Purchased in at Woolworths Physical store for $5.40.

Useless

I have aways used Deep Heat, but the missus picked me up a tube of Dencorub Extra Strength Heat Gel 6 days ago. 1st application had a great menthol type smell, rubbed it in, and that was that, no heat, no penetration, just a smell, tried it again the next day, same smell, unfortunately same result, no heat, no relief. Applied it again just now figuring it must be me, no difference, Absolute waste of time and a rip off.

Purchased at Coles for $6.99.

No heat

Just bought a tube of this because it was supposed to be the hottest. Followed the instructions to the letter and only just started to feel mild warmth (30 mins since application). Very disappointed.

This is probably the 5th different tube I have bought and have used it in the past for lower back pain but I am finding that nothing is producing heat like they used to.

This is great stuff, I always have a spare tube

Iv'e tried similar creams but this is really powerful, I get a lot of shoulder pain and I cannot wait to rub this in when I wake up, it feels cold but hot at the same time, the pain goes almost instantly and I use it at bedtime so I have a good nights sleep, I have not had any bad side effects from this gel which is easier to rub in than the cream, so I will continue to use it.

Awesome Product ideal for intense aches and Pains in general and life,s functions etc

published

i used this type of product from memory some time in my life as i do use my muscles and back for various tasks when needed and it,s a non greasy application to the area whether it,s the muscles or back or those nerve areas on the anatomy and got the real penetration for any one out there who needs something a bit stronger and it,s a bit warmer than Goanna Deep heat but it helps to penetrate and soothe those aches and pains and idea for those older or senior citizen generation's out there and it does kick in and heat up quite fast and all but one it evens out it,s not that bad really

Why isn't Dencorub Deep Heat, hot anymore? Or any of the 'heat' gel/creams. They just don't provide the warmth that they use to.

Don't use it on any skin that is sensitive. It might work on hands and lower legs but I wouldn't try again after it literally burnt me.
