Digger's Brush cleaner
The Brush and Roller cleaner I'm talking about is the one in a transparent bottle. It looks like Turpentine, smells like Turpentine and has the same effect on hardened brushes that Turps has, namely none. An absolute waste of money. I left two brushes soaking in it for a week, The "Cleaner" (and I use the term generously) had no effect whatsoever. One brush used for Enamel and one for Acrylic. They had been used about a week previously. After a week they were both ready to throw away. Better to soak your brushes in tap water and throw 15 bucks down the drain. Another great "Digger's" product.

Excellent brush cleaner
Could not believe how this brought my old, hard brushes back to like new. Also a newer brush that I forgot to clean that went as stiff as a board. Has paid for itself over already. Will definitely buy again

They stopped using Methyl Chloride in the mix. Went all "Green" and then it didn't work. Just fraudulent advertising....
Victor Holmesasked
How successful is Diggers Brush Restorer in removing urethane varnish from the heel or paint reservoir of a badger hair brush and how long should it take?
1 answer
Dear Victor,
Thank you for your enquiry - Urethane varnishes can be pretty suborn to remove from brushes. We recommend that you leave the brush in the Diggers Brush Restorer overnight (or two) to allow the product to penetrate into the varnish so that it can be removed.
Hope this helps
Best Regards
