Frustrating little gem
This is a good little heater with lots of power
However this is only relevant when it is working, it has a frustrating thermostat that keeps turning itself off.
so in a cold room this morning (3.5x5m) about 17 deg I would guess I had it set on 24 deg and after 4 mins it turns itself off, repeatedly. I found the only solution was to not use the timer, set it on over 30 deg and go and put on another jumper because this only made the unit stay on longer but still not reach its set temp.

Surprisingly good
Only really suitable to heat up to the space of a large room. I wouldn't buy if you have open plan living. But for a heat so tiny it is so surprising how much heat and can put out. It is really light weight and can be carried easily with no effort. It has settings that can set how long you have it on for, so if you want it to turn itself off in an hour or two you can have it do that. Would

Worked great! Now after 2 weeks it won't turn on
Oh dear.. another year another heater! I bought this from the chafstine Harvey Norman store and it was so good for about 2 weeks and now it just doesn't work.
The thing burned out - and I didn't fill in the warranty and sent it in so I can't get anything back. So money pretty much wasted on this.
I'll try Harvey's again as they do keep details on file so fingers crossed I can return it.
I purchased 2 weeks ago
The heater worked great for 2 weeks
Yesterday the item no longer turns on
Apparently as I haven't sent in the warranty I cannot get a refund. I will be claiming direct with the company.

We went to Harvey Norman and they said they had no proof we purchased so I'll contact customer care today.

good little heater for small rooms
I bought this about 1 year ago to heat up a little office.
Pros:
- it is a quiet heater, compact, digital, set the temp and forget, the temp set staying on for next time, looks modern, remote control, heats up small room pretty quick . two different power settings.
Cons:
- dodgy thermostat, not accurate at all i have a thermometer on the wall and the heater is off by about 4 degrees, .. another problem is if you set the temp to lets say 25, it reaches that temp and then stops, but it doesnt kick back in till the temp drops to 23 ...Read more

A good heater - the manual coud be improved
I bought one of these and liked it so I bought another one! So one in the lounge and one in the bedroom.
They are really powerful 2.4kw) Not excessively noisy.
I really like the timer so that I can set it to turn off after say 1 or 2 hours (to save power)
The remote control is great as well.
The manual does not really explain how it works in detail, it just tells you what each button does.
This heater has Climate Control which means that you set the temperature that you want and it should keep it there. (But I am not sure if it is that good at this)

Quiet and efficient
A quiet heater that quickly heats up a medium size room. After returning a Delonghi heater due to an annoying buzzing sound (not a fault but a feature of this model), I would highly recommend plugging the display model into the wall and listening to it. The staff that I dealt with just wanted to make a sale and didn't really have a knowledge of heaters. Best to do a google search of the heater you are thinking of buying and check the reviews. Saves you being dissapointed.

Just in regards to this post, I have just received my electricity bill and it is thought the roof. Although I stated that this is a great heater, beware, it is expensive to run.
