False advertised prices, Drip Pricing, all for a mediocre product. Avoid at all costs.
This business has gone from simply "mediocre" to outright "illegal business practices".
I used to order from them here and there as a quick, easy and moderately affordable choice of delivery food. I would use a voucher that said "this is the price", and that is what I paid.
Now the voucher price is completely and utterly meaningless. When you go to checkout your order, no matter what cost it was advertised for, you can look forward to the price almost doubling due to hidden fees that were undisclosed on the voucher.

I could almost forgive the outrageous price for extremely average pizzas, if the company was up front about it. As it is, I recommend you try a voucher for yourself, and then send the advertised price + the actual price to the ACCC.
Australia Favourite Pizza, Now Pepperoni Deluxe!
Don't Quite Know why they call it Deluxe? Maybe 100 pieces of waifer thin shaved cheap Pepperoni, of the palest pukey looking colour Ive ever seen, a smear of something that looked like tomato paste, a huge gooey amount of cheap tasting cheese on a doughy base, without a hint of herb or spice for $13, And Wait, They Are Boasting About the limited time. Do yourselves a Flavour and Go Buy A Real Pizza!
Tried to order a deal
I tried to order a family deal tonight which is advertised as 3 pizzas and 3 sides for $36 delivered. After entering my selections I was suprised to see the cost was $44. All pizzas were from the value range and the deal is advertised as $36 delivered. It turns out there is an extra fee for a bbq meatlovers pizza and another fee for a supreme pizza and a further fee for delivery. Considering these are value range pizzas and it is advertised as delivered i find this highly unfair advertising. I cancelled my order and purchased somewhere else.
Not cheap for the quality
I took delivery of a large Meatlovers with garlic aoli sauce. The sauce was a big mistake. It came drenched in the stuff that's squeezed from a bottle like mayonaise. After I scraped most of it off, it was still too much and sickly. Who puts mayonaise on pizza anyway?! It doesn't belong, yet most of Dominos pizzas come with too much of this horrible 'sauce'.
None of the discounts took much effect as delivery has a $21 minimum spend. The '$15 delivered' offer seems like false advertising.

New pasta range is so bad
We ordered firebreather pasta and meat lovers past both were so bad they went into the bin. I was advised they only take good if you consume with 2 minutes from oven. Needless to say this didn’t happen as the food was made early and sat do 20 mins before collection and 5 min drive home. Dreadful. And the pizza not any better today.
Dominos berwick
Was on hold for 10 minutes and then the line was cut. Had to drive in to order and when i mentioned what happened the manager Abhishek was totally ignorant and did not respond at all and his customer service was very poor. No eye contact or greetings very poor experience.

First and last time I buy from you.
Ordered a pizza And chips online at 2.30pm for a 5pm delivery, 5.40 call shop which is only 1.4 kilometers from my house.
Delivery was 45 minutes. Pizza was cold .chips were cold and soft and powdery, $25 for this rubbish, tried to complain, guess what online form did not work. I don't know how this company is still in business, i should have check reviews first as not one is positive, never again will I buy from dominos again, very poor performance.

Double charge
Ordered loaded supreme $18.95. When I paid the price was 25.95. On enquiry at the shop I was informed that the additional price was a delivery fee. No complaints, however there was another almost $3:00 fee described as “delivery surcharge”. On enquiry I was informed that this is a fee that”they just add on”. I queried the price with the delivery person but they did not know why the price was higher. It’s not a huge amount but adds to the disappointment of having a cold pizza despite living only 1.1 kilometres away.
'Large' should be renamed to 'Tiny'
I ordered a Large Domino's Pizza. When it arrived I thought I had accidently ordered a 'Mini' Pizza. I measured it and it was just over 9". I checked the Dominos website and surprise surprise they don't tell you the size of there Pizzas, just 'Large' "Extra Large' and 'Mini'. I guess they are to embarrassed to tell people the actual size (or lack of). FYI 14" is typically a Large Pizza in the US. (that's over double the size in area).
In Summary Domino's is not good value and deceptive - go to a proper Pizza shop!
Order not delivered properly
Ordered chicken pizza and they have provide paneer pizza . I don't trust this center any more.. point cook dominos .. near to feather brook estate .. please treat others like this .

ZERO STARS - Never Never Again will I eat Garbage Pizza from here
On April 19th, 2023 at 1:33pm, I had an absolutely disastrous experience with Domino's Pizza. I ordered a pizza with a deep pan base, but what I received was the classic one. The chicken on the pizza was a processed sausage seasoning chicken that was disgusting and didn't even taste like chicken. It was so bad that I wouldn't even feed it to my dog.

On top of that, the pizza was supposed to have 33% more cheese, but it had hardly any on it, as shown in the photos I took. The pizza was a complete disappointment, and the staff's lack of concern and poor customer service skills only made it worse. I will never order from Domino's Pizza again, and I will make sure to warn others about my terrible experience. The quality of their food has gone down, and their staff's lack of professionalism and customer service skills have made this experience even worse. Reduced size, reduced toppings and higher prices. No More.
A few or so years back Dominos was ok for a takeaway feed. The pizza was never great but ok enough for the price and deals worked to keep the price vs quality balance well enough. Then it started sliding downhill to the point at which today I will take them off the option list for fast food. Pizza's are recently even smaller than ever. Deals and coupons are very selective per store and my local never does any good ones like they used to. Have just given up completely now. On the upside my love for pizza and Domino's downhill spiral now has me making my own for less than they can offer. No knead easy dough for better home made large pizza's filled with juicy toppings all over for $25 and you can re-heat these the next day without them tasting like cardboard. Domino's Pepperoni Pizza
Just bought a pepperoni pizza deluxe with the new tasting pork and fennel meat from Domino's and it was not good. Horrible and will not buy again. Stick with the normal pepperoni.

False claims about 100% customer satisfaction and best quality
Dominos INGLE FARM - Worst customer service ever and extremely poor quality food. Pepperoni, Really? Some processed circular processed Devon tasting rubbish
I bought 2 pizzas in Hervey Bay on the 11/04/2023. 1-pepperoni supreme and 1-fiery, both on thin and crispy bases. They were the worst pizzas I have ever had. Bland, no sauce, and undercooked. Would not recommend at all and will not return.
Dangerous Driving
Delivery car in Rhodes around 12:50pm today didn’t stop in front of the pedestrians and almost hit the kids. The driver needs to be sacked
Stock control of drinks is very poor at Bass Hill branch and their head office does not return your calls
Unfortunately, due to my post code I have no option but to use the Bass Hill branch for my online orders for home delivery.
The delivery staff are polite and presentable 96% of the time and 60% of the time orders are supplied as ordered and there is no issue with the food, although they often deliver late.
Most recently they were advertizing new drinks on the website but I was told they didn't have them.

This branch really needs to handle it's stock supplies better as their stock control is really bad. I have raised this issue several times but it has never been resolved.
This place needs an ACCC enenema
As everyone does I like a pizza. My dissapoinment with Domino's pizza chain is a combination of their ads, their app and the poor staff on the front line. The ads offering one deal don't seem to exist on the app or thru the individual stores. I'm quite happy to be corrected, but when stores are contacted as a result of responding ad they know nothing of the special, one order goes from $17 to $39. This is why the ACCC needs to look into this company. Your ads are misleading and deceptive. Your specials, your wallet discounts don't exist, all a scam to get people to buy based on their hunger. I URGE EVERYONE WHO HAS EXPERIENCED Domino's baits and switch to complain to the ACCC when Domino's can be honest then buy the product

Incorrectly made order
Ordered 3 pizzas, meatlover vegorama and a chicken supreme, the chicken had no chicken and the veg had some sort of mystery meat on it which was picked off but eventually chucked in bin, all pizzas were terrible, gymea domino's, thanks for nothing

Such a poor customer service ethos
Multiple tries over the years to get a good pizza out of this company, two nights ago, one pizza missing, one side not available just replaced it with a garlic bread, late arrival, one of the two pizzas that arrived was not cut, its beyond belief that this company has not gone bust, when people order food they want some quality, the offending store is a repeat offender South Mackay but definitely found this in other cities in recent years,
they really need to look at their reputation, they are selling pizzas based on lies of quality, sending out rubbish
Barely counts as pizza any more
The last time I ordered Domino’s (Wellington St, Launceston) was literally the last time I will ever order Domino’s. Undersized and under-topped pizzas using the cheapest possible ingredients, doughy crust and the barest scatter of cheese. I know head office sets maximums for toppings by weight but it feels like franchisees are happy to cut back even on those stingey guidelines.
I’ve now found another pizza chain that’s maybe 20% more expensive but 100% better quality and will be sticking with them from now on.
So disappointed again..
Ordered a cheesy garlic bread. Got some garlic scrolls instead ordered meat lovers and supreme and the both look the same nothing like the pictures. When question at the counter about the pizza, the manager said, yep that's our supreme.When I got home is when I discovered the cheesy gb was wrong I rang he offered to remake but really the whole attitude was not worth it....

Never buy Dominos again until this is resolved
Gave 5 star rating before but now it's 1 star due to the poor customer service in relating a very late delivery where i even paid an extra $3 for a guaranteed 20min delivery to my store which mind you it's only 900 meters away. Took double the time to arrive. Phoned twice and gone into the store once to try and resolve the issue with either giving me a free pizza as it says on their website or giving me a $3 refund. They said i would get a txt with a code for a free pizza but it's already been 2 weeks. I've sent 2 feedback forms about the issue

Dodgy Dominos App ( DDA)
I ordered 2 pizzas on the phone .
served by Ethan B, and the price for the pizzas mentioned on the phone $ 28.23 .
At dominos clyde road Berwick, same as app.
But store manager Anuj charged me when I picked up was $ 35.63, which is approximately $7 more.
When I questioned, he was reluctant to pay me back and behave so unprofessionally and didnt hesitate to say dominos app is dodgy.
Manager doesn't want to take any responsibility of the dominos Reputation.
He clearly mentioned, this is my store and I dont care about dominos app.I strongly feel this is misleading customers.

Struggles for customers.
Though I appreciate the hard work employees put into making these pizzas, yet I find my self annoyed at the lack of effort or understanding this evening. As a young person sometimes it’s easy to forget the effort people put in to get in their car and drive to a Domino’s store, only to enter the store, happily pay and realise half way home that the order is wrong. Is it legal???
Went to Dominos to order few pizzas just to realised that they do not have a menu with prices on it! Is that legal? I ordered 3 pizzas and I was asked for $53 dollars. Last time I got pizzas from dominos they were about 10-12 dollars each. What has happened??? Why is junk food getting so expensive???

Total Domino-tain!!! Service that cuts straight to the point
The Dominos pizza I got was not bad. I generally order a vegorama with some additional toppings, and I remove some that come with it normally. However this review is mainly about the principle of the matter of service which I am happy they lived up to when I ordered one of their pizzas recently.

So I rang Dominos in Lyndarum and told them about what happened and was offered two options, one was that they would make me another free of charge but would not deliver it free of cost. I would have had to go and pick it up again which was inconvenient for me. However I was happy when they offered to give my next one for free as that was the right thing to do, as I did not get what was asked for. I am glad they asked for photos so I could show them the pizza with all of the olives I had to pick off. The pizza makers need to be careful when making the pizzas as, it is lucky me or my family don’t have any allergies to certain ingredients, but there are people out there that have these. Again my hats off to them for how they resolved the situation, and I have one final message please bring back the deep puff base if that was what it was called.

Absolute rip off, everyone knows they are the crappiest pizzas you can get but they used to be kinda cheap so noone cared that the food was garbage but now there not even cheap, ordering online is a scam with extra charges added onto every single thing, most disgusting company in Australia right now.
Hit the spot, or a bit from Flo!
Noticed alot of negative reviews but Flo was happy with her TV dinner last week, namely a double pepperoni. Flo is lactose intolerant and the young man on the phone was nice enough to take care to leave off any cheese (and there were three varieties, I believe). I had a side order and it was reasonable, seeing it was from a take away.
